The house is located on a 2350 m & # 178; large dune plot approx. 200 m from the sea. 200 m & # 178; open terrace area and 25 m & # 178; covered terrace. There is a swing. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
