About this property

Cozy house in Sainte Marie de Ré

Everything has been planned for your comfort in this 146m² house, not overlooked, on a plot of 400 m2 enclosed by wall, with 2 gardens (one north and one south with terrace), a patio, a bicycle shelter and possibility of park 2 vehicles, one under a covered porch (entrance with electric gate).

The house is ideally located 300 meters from the beach and 100 meters from shops, near the ATALANTE thalassotherapy center.

It consists of a large living room-kitchen, four bedrooms (one with a private bathroom + wc). Each room has an atmosphere.
There is also another bathroom as well as a separate toilet and a laundry room.
All the equipment necessary for your stay will also be at your disposal.
An animal is accepted on prior request.

A deposit check or a transfer before your arrival of € 1600.00 will be required on your arrival (returned one week after your departure)

Schönes Haus für den Familien Urlaub

Wir waren insgesamt 11 Tage auf der Insel, das Haus war eine schöne Unterkunft für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthaltes. Jeder konnte sich bei bedarf zurückziehen, der große wohn- und essbereich hat zu gemeinsamen Essen und spieleabenden eingeladen.

Un propriétaire antipatique... Jouant avec la caution...

Un caution de 1600€ est demandée et le propriétaire se permet de faire des retenue absolument pas justifié. Nous avons payé 85€ de ménage et cette personne nous a compter encore 100€ de nettoyage supplémentaire. Pour tout le propriétaire pensera que vous lui mentez. En plus du propriétaire pas très agréable nous avons été surpris par le manque de propreté notamment dans les salles de bains et sous le lit. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette location et propriétaire. Sans compter des nombreux messages durant la location et après des messages presque insultants...
