Piscine inutilisable

Logement très bien, propre, bien situé, propriétaire sympathique et réactif. Dommage de ne pas avoir précisé que la piscine est inutilisable, car à l'abandon. Un rabais été proposé sur la location, mais il aurait été préférable de le savoir avant de réserver.

Normalement le nouveau syndic avait prévu de remettre la piscine en état avant l'été. Malheureusement il y a eu quelques difficultés et nous avons été prévenus seulement fin juillet après une assemblée générale extraordinaire tenue le 1er juillet à laquelle nous n'avons pas assisté, vivant en France. Vraiment désolé de cet inconvénient.

Wonderful Base

My son and I lived in the area for many years and stayed at the apartment for 9 nights in order to catch up with family and friends and also to enjoy the annual fiestas in the local town of Pedreguer. The apartment was light and airy and we had everything we needed, the kitchen is especially well equipped, ideal if you prefer to cook rather than eat out in one of the many nearby restaurants. I would recommend this property for anyone needing a base to relax or to explore the area and I would not hesitate to book this property again.
