Great front line beach villa with private pool

This house to the east of Marbella is located in front of the best beaches of Marbella, near the famous Nikki Beach and surrounded by fine sand beach and natural dunes. Restaurants and shops are a short walk from the house. By car to Marbella are about 10 minutes and 45 minutes to Malaga airport.
Apart from the fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea, this villa offers six bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The house was designed by José Carlos Moya, known for his modern and simply elegant designs.
The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are distributed as follows: Upstairs 3 bedrooms all with sea views and 2 full bathrooms. Living room floor: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, basement 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the basement there are also the sauna and jacuzzi.
The house was recently renovated and is equipped with the most modern technology, such as: Sonos music system, latest generation alarm system, air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating, international and Spanish TV in all rooms. Elevator that connects the 4 floors.

And on the roof you have gym equipment, pergola and a jacuzzi with 360º views

There is the possibility of heating the pool water (from September to June) which carries an additional cost of € 300.- per week payable upon arrival. If you want this service, please advise at the time of booking.
