Spacious comfortable family home in a quiet mature suburb close to city centre
This is nice comfortable family home right beside a large public park and walking distance to beach. It has all mod cons, wifi and parking. The Google Maps picture is dated and does not show the open paved driveway with parking for two cars plus bike lock area for 6 bikes. The large tree is also cut down flooding the house with light. Please refer to house pictures for an up to date picture of driveway.
