Our villa of 234m2 in Moliets-et-Maa, in a quiet area surrounded by pine trees and 2 minutes from the central beach with shops and bar restaurants. You can enjoy the bike paths of Moliets or play a part of the Golf at the "Golf de Moliets" The beach "Pichelébe" with its fine white sand is 5 minutes by car.
Come spend your holidays in our air-conditioned villa which has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, dressing room and large beds, (2 beds 180 × 200 and 2 beds 160 × 200), 2 separate WC, a kitchen and open to the living room and lounge . There is internet access and wi-fi. Outside side you will find a large terrace with a heated pool, jacuzzi 6places, garden lounge and sunbathing. A sauna is also available to relax. You can park your car in the private car park or in the garage for 2 vehicles. All rooms are equipped with bedding and bath towels. The house has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On request we can provide baby equipment, cot or high chair, accept animals.
