Beautiful and completely restored house in the old town of Peñíscola, in a charming area, next to the famous Bufador.
Enjoy an authentic traditional Mediterranean house.
House very bright and sunny. Views of the sea and the port of Peñíscola. Excellent location.

Unique location

This property is located in the old town part of Peñíscola near the castle. There are many stairs and 4 floors. Roof top balcony was a highlight. This place was clean and communication with David was easy.

Bel appartement dans un village typique

Ce beau triplex est totalement rénové avec goût et très bien aménagé. La terrasse du dernier étage permet de faire des apéro avec vue sur la mer. Il est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville, à proximité du château et des petites rues ! Et les plages sont à 2 mn à pieds ! Venez découvrir Peniscola dans cet appartement typique et vous adorerez !!

Fantastic location and communication

This property was in the perfect spot, it was sparkling clean and David made communicating easy. Be ready for noise that goes late into the night, as there is no air conditioning, and the best way to allow for air flow is keeping balcony doors open. Overall, this apartment was exactly what we needed and the rooftop balcony overlooking the Mediterranean was real highlight. Thank you David!!

Une vrai immersion en Espagne!

Emplacement est vraiment très bien. La maison est conforme aux photos, bonne rénovation de qualité. Il faut accepter le bruit le soir et le matin mais cela fait partie du charme de l’emplacement, avec toutes les commodités autour. Attention est contraint de garer la voiture assez loin dans Penuscola car la zone de stationnement payant est très étendue, mais on n’a pas besoin de la voiture! Pas de clim mais maison fraîche et parfaitement ventilée D’avis est un propriétaire attentif et disponible Je reviendrai !!!

MUY BIEN SITUADO

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana. Lo mejor, la ubicación, a la entrada del pueblo, cerca de la playa y de los restaurantes. David ha sido muy amable y ha estado pendiente de lo que necesitaramos.
