This charming beachfront apartment is the perfect destination to enjoy Torre del Mar all year round. With one of the best climates in Europe, this lively enclave offers experiences both in winter and summer.

Located in a building accessible by elevator, the apartment, on the seventh floor, provides spectacular views of the sea. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a hall, leading to a cozy bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) and a bathroom with a shower. The independent kitchen, open to the bright living-dining room with air conditioning, offers a comfortable and functional space. From the living room, you access the terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the promenade.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the apartment features air conditioning and access to a community pool, available during the summer season and subject to community rules.

Pets are welcome, always upon request and with a supplement of €35 per pet per stay. We also offer airport transportation for an additional fee.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Both key pickup and return are done at our office.

Due to the declared drought in the area, the municipality has informed us that we cannot guarantee the use of the pools, and there will be water cuts starting at 8:00 PM every day, without a specific time for resumption. Magnífico alojamiento con vistas al mar

Es un piso pequeño, pero muy bien ubicado. Con una terraza con vistas a la playa, espectaculares. Sitio ideal para parar unos días. Solo habría que mejorar la limpieza

Good location but very dated.

Very difficult to find as the booking agent sent only the address, no directions. Apartment is dated and shabby. Not if rental standard. Broken lamps, cups with no handles, cracked glasses. Dirty in places. The air con unit leaked all over the terrace. No guest manual at the property to explain anything. It’s in a good location, great views, torre del Mar is lovely, but I wouldn’t stay again, I was disappointed.
