Lovely apartment. Amazing views but do not stay here without your own transport as walking to and from is difficult due to steep incline from beach front to property and total lack of any shop's in the area. Taxis are therefore a must and not all easy to find especially to go 2 or 3miles into the nearest towns in both directions. Public buses are excellent and cost 1.33 € each way but are only 1 bus/hour. Dog next door barked too much. Beautiful views on top terrace.

Zur Vereinbarten Ankunftszeit war niemand da. Erst nach ca. 1/2 Stunde war Kontakt telf. möglich. Am ersten Tag wurden wir von den freilaufenden Hunden des Nachbarn angefallen und mussten uns mit Gegenständen gegen Bisse wehren. Die angesprochene Nachbarin meinte wir sollen abreisen. Bei jeder Bewegung in der Wohnung fingen die Hunde an zu bellen. Rundherum viele Hunde. Die Aussenbereiche lassen sich kaum nutzen. Hunde über Hunde.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung. Liegt in einer sicheren und gepflegten Anlage. Der Spielplatz und das Schwimmbad waren für unsere Kinder toll. Das Auto stand sicher im Parkhaus unter dem Komplex. Die Aussicht von den vier Balkonen ist wunderschön. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche ist geräumig und die Badezimmer sind komplett ausgestattet. Auch der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin Antonia verlief reibungslos. Die Lage ist nicht nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand oder einem Dorf entfernt, aber alles ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. So können Sie schöne Ausflüge nach Nerja, Malaga, in das nahegelegene Benajarafe und Torre del Mar unternehmen.

Pasamos una buena semana de vacaciones en el alojamiento. El alojamiento esta muy bien cuidado y sus terrazas son geniales. Está ubicado en una urbanización muy tranquila y cuenta con una gran piscina donde los niños lo pasaron genial. Está muy próximo a una playa, aunque para ir andando hay una buena pendiente. La propietaria, Antonia, fue muy amable y nos recomendó sitios para comer cercanos.

Unsere Einschätzung ist eine 10, die charmanten Gastgeber, das Luxusapartment, all der Komfort und die beeindruckenden Terrassen, der schöne Gemeinschaftspool und die Leute des Komplexes sehr freundlich, ich behandle, als ob Sie einer von ihnen wären, total zu empfehlen, wir hoffen, einen anderen zu wiederholen Jahr, von dort haben wir Miras, die Alhambra, Nerja, Frigiliana, Rincón de la Victoria, Torre del Mar besucht, alle sehr nah und gute Kommunikation, sehr nahe und schöne Strände.

Nous avons apprécié les 4 terrasses nous permettant de profiter de l'extérieur du matin au soir, la grande piscine dans laquelle nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours et la climatisation dans tout l'appartement.

Sa situation géographique, son équipement, son agencement, le stationnement privatif dans un parking souterrain, la tranquillité et la sécurité irréprochables de la résidence sont des critères essentiels à la réussite d'un séjour à l'étranger. Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnanlage. Das Appartment und der Pool sehen tatsächlich so aus, wie die Bild

Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnanlage. Das Appartment und der Pool sehen tatsächlich so aus, wie die Bilder es hier zeigen. Sehr schöne Aufteilung der Wohnung und die 4 Balkone garantieren zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne. Das Auto, ohne dass man hier aufgeschmissen ist, kann in der Tiefgarage gepakt werden. Größere Orte wie Torre del Mar sind damit in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Im Mai war es sehr ruhig und wir konnten die Anlagen für uns allein nutzen. Einzige kleine Kritikpunkte: Verständigung bei Wohnungsübergabe war etwas schwierig, der Vermieter spricht ausschließlich Spanisch. Zudem sind am Fernseher keinerlei internationale Sender zu empfangen, was natürlich bei guten Wetter und WLAN nicht so schlimm ist.

Het appartement was heerlijk. Veel privacy door de 2 verdiepingen en aparte badkamers. 4 balkons dus altijd een fijn plekje met uitzicht op zee. Fijn gelegen binnen een klein gezellig complex met heerlijk groot zwembad. Alles is goed onderhouden. Ligging is fijn als uitvalsbasis naar Malaga, Nerja, Gr anada, etc. Strand bij Almayate viel wat tegen.

Vor dem Betreten des Hauses wird das ganze überwacht, gereinigt und desinfiziert und saubere Kleidung angelegt. Und bis jetzt hatte ich kein Problem, tut mir leid und tut mir leid, wenn es mir nicht gefallen hat
