About this property

Lovely Villa n2 on the beautiful sea of the Gulf of Policastro

The house is in a beautiful garden of eucalyptus and pine trees with shaded private parking, outdoor showers, bbq; two gates lead directly to the sea which is 20 meters away. It has a double bedroom, 2 single beds superimposed in the living area with kitchenette. Legambiente in 2018 gave 4 sails to the sea of the Gulf of Policastro. The balcony is accessed from the external staircase, the space below equipped with table and chairs is free to rest, play, read, have lunch. The environment is calm and always refreshed by the breeze of the mistral. The town center is a 15-minute walk away. The sink placed in a separate room is shared. Each villa has its own TV, deckchair and umbrella. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. The stay begins and ends on Saturday.
The nearest equipped beach is about 600 meters away and the market about 500 meters.

Sehr klein und einfach, aber super gelegen

15 m vom Meer entfernt, traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse; für uns war der kleine Strand vor den Häuschen ausreichend. Scario ist ein nettes Örtchen, das in 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wenn man das Fenster im Schlafzimmer nachts aufließe, würde der Straßenlärm stören, von dem Balkon aus ist jedoch nur Meeresrauschen zu hören

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tranquilla ,vicinissima al mare . Gli appartamenti sono un pò piccolini ma per 2 persone vanno benissimo. Rifarei l'esperienza di questa vacanza.
