Luxurious modern holiday home with private pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The villa for 8 people is spread over three floors with a total area of ??400 m2. The whole house is very spacious and decorated in a modern style. Villa Meli is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the olive groves, the sea, and the vineyards. In front of the house, guests have at their disposal a 50 m2 infinity pool and a garden with seating furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue fireplace. Free Wi-Fi is available. The basement has a garage for 2 cars, a pool table, and a storage room. On the 1st floor, there is a spacious living room with a TV and wood fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area, a laundry room, and a double bedroom with a bathroom and terrace. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and a balcony with beautiful views of the surroundings. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. The pool is always open but not heated, while the jacuzzi is heated to the desired temperature.

Excellent. No issues. Really lovely villa with excellent pool and hot tub. We booked over Easter and there was plenty to do for all the family

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Im Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden was man benötigt um ein paar schöne Tage in Kroatien zu verbringen. Eine Auflistung spar ich mir, die Beschreibung und die Bilder im Inserat entsprachen genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Selina selbst ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort. Den Supermarkt in Sveti Lovrec erreicht man bequem & schnell per Auto oder mit einem der bereitgestellten Räder. Dort findet man alles was man für das Frühstück oder zum Grillen etc. benötigt. Kaufland, Lidl, etc. in Porec erreicht man auch in kurzer Zeit.

Super Urlaub in top ausgestatteten Haus in welchem es an nichts fehlt

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, top eingerichtet und sehr sauber., es fehlt an nichts. Der gemauerte Grill wurde täglich von uns benutzt. Sehr netter Empfang. Der nächste Einkaufsladen ist mit dem Rad in 3km gut zu erreichen. Im Ort Selina selbst gibt es nicht groß etwas zu sehen. Bis Porec etwa 20 Minuten Fahrzeit, nach Vrsar ebenfalls, wobei die Strasse sehr kurvig ist. Sehr schön der Hawaii Beach Nähe Porec. Unser Highlight war der Whirlpool und der Billiard Tisch. Der Ausblick vom Haus ist sehr sehenswert. Einzigstes Mango war, dass der Pool, bei Nachttemperaturen von 18 Grad, tagsüber nur 21-22 Grad warm war. Aber man konnte sich ja im Whirlpool aufwärmen. WLAN im ganzen Haus super. Die 4 Fahrräder sind in gutem Zustand.

Super!

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 8 Freunden angereist. Die Absprachen im Voraus waren unkompliziert (trotz Corona). Die Vermieterin kann deutsch und ist immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der wunderschönen Villa. Das Haus ist sauber und extrem gut ausgestattet, noch viel besser als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Ein kleines Minus sind die Nachbarn. Ab etwa 22-22:30 Uhr muss man im Garten leiser sein. Da zu dieser Zeit die Stechmücken raus kommen, sind wir dann einfach rein gegangen. Der Innenbereich ist sehr gut gedämmt, so dass Lärm dort kein Problem ist. Zusammengefasst lässt sich sagen, dass die Villa wirklich toll ist und wir sie nur empfehlen können.
