The property has a sunny position from morning to evening and is located 30 km from the sea and in a central position with respect to the most important art cities such as Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca. In about 30 minutes you can reach Volterra, Massa Marittima, San Gimignano, the cellars of the most important wines of Tuscany and many other small medieval villages. Ideal for lovers of trekking, mountain biking and horse riding in the nearby convensioned riding school. At 3km the sources of the Cecina river with wonderful pools of water for swimming. On the property there are 2 houses with 3 apartments each. All apartments are very independent with their own private outdoor area with barbecue and parking space. The surrounding garden is very large and even children can run and play in the play area. The Il Fico apartment of about 120 square meters was built in a recently renovated farm barn, on the ground floor it has a living room with sofa and extendable table, two bedrooms with double bed, one of which one with bathroom and a second bathroom with entrance from the living room. Going up the stairs you can access the two mezzanines, one with 4 single beds and one with 2 beds, if necessary it is possible to add 2 more beds. In front of the apartment there is the veranda with a large table and panoramic terrace with table, deck chairs and barbecue. It has air conditioning in all rooms.
