Beautiful two-room apartment, consisting of a double room, shower-toilet with window, living room with single sofa bed and kitchen and large balcony with breathtaking lake view. Equipped with every comfort (hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, wifi, heating, TV and safe)

At guests' disposal there are free wifi, garage, terrace, table tennis and a swimming pool, open from 1st May to 15th September, surrounded by a small olive grove, where you can enjoy hours of sun, relaxation and fun.

Comfortable & Beautiful

We stayed in unit #2 for 2 weeks. It was perfect for us. The view was beautiful from the terrace, lawn area, as well as the pool area. The location is great; you can walk to the old town and closest supermarket, about 1 kilometer. We look forward to the next time that we can stay there, hopefully for an even longer time.

Tolle Zeit in einem liebenswerten Umfeld

Ich möchte meine Eindrücke auf den Punkt bringen. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit dem, was wie angetroffen haben. Eine supernette Vermieterfamilie, ein sensationeller Blick auf den Largo, ein toller Garten mit großem Pool ... Dazu ein 2-Raum-Appartment mit Balkon und Küche... Ich hätte liebend gern 5 Sterne vergeben, aber dies wäre auf Grund der „etwas in die Jahre“ gekommenen Ausstattung der Wohnung nicht okay, obwohl diese sehr sauber und funktionell eingerichtet ist. Aber was ist einem wichtig? Das Positive überwiegt eindeutig, und wir werden uns wieder um eine Aufnahme bewerben, wenn wir zurück zum Gardasee kommen. Ganz lieben Dank für alles!!!

Traumhafte Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig, um zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Malcesine zu kommen. Vom Balkon, auf dem wir immer unser Frühstück genossen haben, hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den See. Schöner und sehr sauberer Pool, um sich mal abzukühlen, oder auf den Sonnenliegen zu relaxen. Eine Garage für das Auto ist auch vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Freundliche Vermieter, ein tolle Aussicht aus einer sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung.

Der Garten sowie der Pool sehr gepflegt, verbunden mit einem super Ausblick. Das Stadtzentrum ist in wenigen Gehminuten bequem erreichbar. Vielen Dank und Grüße nach Malcesine.

Amazing property in an amazing location

My family & I stayed here for 3 glorious days and wish we could have stayed much longer. We were meet off the ferry which after a long day travelling was very grateful for. The apartment was clean and well equipped, the views were stunning and the pool very welcome in the mid-afternoon heat. We will be returning and staying much longer next time. Thank you

Not for the faint hearted !

This is a lovely appartment with a stunning view, however it is in need of updating. The furnishings are old and worn, the bed was two small singles pushed together and very uncomfortable. The appartment is accessed by three very steep long sets of steps, hard work to get your suitcases up. The swimming pool is up more steps and a very narrow steep path. As long as you are relatively fit you will be OK !

Good morning, I am very sorry that you had not enjoyed your holiday. Unfortunately has often been raining and that's never good on holiday. With regard to the furniture, I admit they are not very new, but they are not "worn". Everything is clean and functional. The beds are two single beds standard size (1,90cm x80cm each) with new mattresses and bed bases with wooden slats. There are many stairs and that's why we whote in the informations on the web page homeaway : "not suitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible". Anyway my seventy-five dad, as you saw, walks up and down these stairs several times a day and without problems. I wish you a good summer, Regards Giovanna

Vue magnifique

La vue sur le lac est magnifique. Nous étions motorisés mais il est possible de séjourner à la Villa sans véhicule. La ville, superbe et animée, est à 10 minutes à pieds et le supermarché également. L'appartement N° 1 est fonctionnel et très propre. Giovanna est accueillante et pleine de bienveillance en restant très discrète. Son papa est charmant. La région est magnifique. Malcesine est idéalement placée pour les visites autour du lac. La piscine est conforme aux photos et après les visites de la journée, c'est un vrai plaisir de s'y baigner. Un coin repas est aménagé à l'ombre pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la fraicheur des arbres. A recommander donc sans hésitation. Ne changez rien Giovanna. A bientôt peut-être. Catherine et Yann.

Beautiful views

A warm welcome was received from pierro and giovanna. We stayed in apartment 2 which had a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and well cared for. Stunning views from the balcony, terrace and pool area. The gardens lovely. Table tennis added bonus went down well with our 10 year old. So much to do in malcesine. Boat rides, cable car, beautiful old town and castle. Best holiday we have ever had and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful view and superb location

We stayed in the studio apartment at Villa Stellina, which was perfect for two people and provided plenty of space. The view was beautiful and could be admired all day from the terrace equipped with loungers and table/chairs. Giovanna responded to all emails quickly, with clear guidance and directions before we arrived. On arrival she was there to greet us and most helpful. We would definitely recommend.

Villa Stellina

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen bei Familie Zeni verbracht. Die Zimmer/Wohnungen sind sehr schön und man hat einen super Blick auf den Gardasee. Man erreicht die Altstadt zu Fuß und in der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Eine schöne ruhige Anlage und sehr liebe Vermieter.
