Nicely furnished one-bedroom apartment with shared pool on a horseback ranch. The newly renovated apartment with rustic details is located on the ground floor. It is very spacious and it consists of a double bedroom, kitchen with dining room, a living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, a bathroom with bathtub and terrace with garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer and a coffee machine. The apartment has bed linen, towels, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (included in the price). Near the apartment there is a large ranch with horses. Sveti Lovrec is a small village only 11km from Porec and 7km from the first beaches. The place is very nice, he has some restaurants, pizzerias, bars and shops. There are many vineyards and olive groves.
