This spacious and comfortable apartment is located in a very attractive location, only 300 meters from the beach and 1500 meters from the city center. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, dining room, living room and two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with shower and bath). The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and toaster. The living room has air conditioning. The apartment has a large terrace overlooking the garden and private parking is in front of the house. If you want a holiday in a quiet place and yet close to all the events you have chosen the perfect accommodation. The area of Špadići can be considered a small town because it consists of a bakery and several hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, shops and sports facilities.

Gutes Ferienobjekt zum Urlaub machen

Das Objekt selbst ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich wohl, auch wenn die sanitären Einrichtungen nicht auf dem neusten Stand sind (20 Jahre +). Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Von der Raumaufteilung sehr gut geschnitten und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Was nicht so optimal ist, ist die Lage. Dadurch, dass es an der Einfahrtsstraße nach Porec liegt, ist es auch Nachts durch den Straßenlärm sehr laut. Also schlafen mit geschlossenem Fenster geht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich!

Persönlich, sauber und freundlich

Wir haben eine saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Die beiden Badezimmer mit zusätzlicher Badewanne waren für uns 6 Personen ausreichend. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht bis zum Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Der persönliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern und der restlichen Familie war sehr angenehm. Leider ist die Straße vom Schlafzimmer aus gut zu hören und kann bei einem empfindliche Schlaf auch störend sein.
