Lovely equipped holiday house with private Pool, in a quiet location. The holiday house Tana is located in peaceful village Radetici and can accommodate up to 6 persons. It spreads on 110 square meters and consists of two comfortable bedroms each with double bed, a fully air conditioned living room with a sofa bed for 2 additional persons, TV and dinning area, a bathroom with shower, towels and wasching machine and fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils. The guests can enjoy theire time in the green garden with barbecue and a large wooden table with seating garniture ideal for dinner with friends and family, a pool and a children playground. Wifi, Air-conditioning, bed linen, towels and a private parking in front of the houe are included in the price. Radetići is a small vilage near the town sveti Lovreč, known for the quiet and gentle hillside landscape.

Erholungsurlaub in der Natur / Ruhe pur!

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend im Inland von Kroatien, Istrien. In 7 Tagen sind maximal 10 Autos vorbei gefahren, wodurch sich sogar die dortigen Straßen sehr zum Joggen eignen. Das Ferienhaus an sich ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag so brauch und besticht durch Sauberkeit und Wohlfühlcharakter. Das Wetter war die ganze Woche über konstant bei 26 Grad mit sehr vielen Sonnenstunden, die zu einigen Aufenthalten in dem sehr tollen Pool einluden. Dieser ist nicht nur groß genug, sondern besitzt auch eine Liegefläche für 4-5 Personen mit integrierten Massagedüsen, welche auf Knopfdruck aktiviert werden können. Wer also eine ruhige Auszeit sucht, um den Akku wieder aufzuladen und nicht unbedingt in direkter Meeresumgebung (max. 5min.) wohnen möchte, für den ist dieses Ferienhaus perfekt … vor allem bei diesem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!!! P.S.: die Vermieter sind überaus herzlich und übergaben bei Abfahrt sogar noch ein Gastgeschenk!!! 5*+ von mir und nochmals ein dickes Dankeschön!!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub, in ruhiger Lage.

Die Unterkunft war in einem top Zustand. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Bei unserer Anreise wurde uns eine große Obstschale und ein paar Snacks zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem gab es ein kleines Geschenk, bei unserer Abreise. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden selbst auch wieder dort buchen.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Absolute Ruhe und eine große Terrasse. Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder. Lage war für uns besonders schön. Der Gegensatz zum Trubel am Meer. Die sehr schöne Gegend mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken , Olivenbäume und kleinen Dörfern. Das hätten wir sonst alles nicht gesehen, wenn wir direkt am Meer gebucht hätten.

Einfach nur toll…….

Super schönes Haus mit Pool und großzügigem Garten in einer sehr ruhigen ländlichen Umgebung. Das Haus war top sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man auch in den eigenen vier Wänden hat bzw benötigt. Unsere Gastgeber waren mega herzlich und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Wir waren 13 Tage vor Ort und konnten die Ruhe sehr genießen. Ganz ganz herzlichen Dank sagen wir nochmals für die super leckere Käse bzw Schinken-Salami-Platte mit selbst gebackenem Brot…….was für eine tolle Überraschung während unseres Urlaubs. Zum Abschied erhielten wir dann noch ein Likörpräsent. Was für herzliche Gastgeber…..wir waren sehr gerührt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Für den Alltag sind alle Geräte und Gegenstände vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieterin, tolle Kommunikation, netter Empfang, super Service im Bezug auf Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus.
