Our remodeled 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhouse is a short walk to downtown Lexington, Rupp Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Keeneland. The townhouse has three bedrooms. One with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Two smaller bedrooms with a full bed each that share an additional bathroom. All bathrooms have been completely renovated. A queen airbed is available to comfortably sleep 8. The Roku TV has basic Cable, Hulu, Netflix, ESPN, and HBO.

This townhouse was perfect for us. Three bedrooms were spacious. Living area was comfy. Perfect location for our son's wedding in downtown, maybe 2 miles away. To our surprise there were 2 air mattresses!! We bedded 8 adults and all slept well. Host was very responsive to all inquiries and very polite. Will definitely stay again if in Lexington

Great location to Rupp Arena!

Our family went to a concert at Rupp Arena and this was the perfect place to stay. Close walking distance through a nice neighborhood and super convenient to restaurants. Owner was really helpful and informative. We got to beat the traffic and just walk home after the show. Loved it!
