Beautiful newly renovated stone villa with pool in an idyllic and peaceful environment. Villa Famiglia is an enchanting villa with a private pool and beautiful stone architecture which blends in perfectly with the surrounding Istrian countryside. Its traditional style used for construction gives it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury. Villa Famiglia located in village Selina near Sveti Lovrec can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, a covered terrace with seating, a bathroom and one double bedroom with direct access to the private garden with a swimming heated pool. On the first floor of the villa are three bedrooms with private bathrooms. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the garden and pool area. The house is fully air conditioned. The rental price includes: Wi-fi, bed linen, towels and private parking. Pets are welcome with an additional fee.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen entspannten Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Schon der erste Kontakt vor Ort mit Suzanna und Darko war sehr angenehm und familiär. Das Haus und die Anlage waren top gepflegt und alles war vorhanden. Es gab für meine Mädels keinen Kritik Punkt und alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
