12 person holiday home in Rømø

Holiday cottage with whirlpool and activity room. Outdoors you will also find a sauna and a bath barrel (heating by wood, please bring your own). There is a large, combined living and dining room with integrated kitchen with i.a. ceramic cooker and built-in oven. There are 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine with 4 extra beds. Two bathrooms of which one has a whirlpool. If the weather fails you, you will find various activities for several hours in the activity room e.g. table tennis and table football. Heating through energy-efficient heat pump. There is also a wood-burning stove for a cold evening. The house was built in quality materials, good insulation and tasteful furnishings. There is an outdoor shower by the terrace for a rinse after a trip to the beach. The plot has plenty of room for games and there is also swings and a sandpit. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
