Belle propriété, au calme, extérieur soigné, grande piscine et spacieux, nous étions 9 mais les espaces suffisamment grands et bien disposés pour se sentir bien et pas « tassés » La clim est uniquement dans les chambres, nous avons eu du mal à les régler mais tout à finalement fonctionné! La literie est un peu petite pour les grands, avec des cadres de lit très rustiques et pas confortables si vous dépassez les pieds du matelas :)) Maison propre et le propriétaire que nous avons aperçu à deux reprises lors de l’arrosage est très sympathique, nous a offert des tomates et une énorme pastèque de son potager. Nous recommandons sans aucun problème cette location.

Amazing stay at Villa Can Fita!

We stayed at Villa Can Fita from 13-20 August 2022 and it was perfect! The Villa is stunning. It is set in beautiful grounds that are very well maintained. The pool is perfect and not too cold. The Villa itself is traditional. It is very well kept and was exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable 1 week stay. The management company were accommodating and arranged for a cot for my nephew who was under 2. The Villa is centrally located as it is virtually in the middle of the island. It therefore does not matter that there is not much to do in the locality as you can get to the major resorts easily in a car or by taxi like Santa Eulalia or Cala Llonga. We were a group of 8 and hired one car to get to the supermarket etc. but then used taxis if we were going for dinner etc. It is easy to get a taxi using the TaxiClick app. There is a small shop/cafe/bar within walking distance, a small Spar Supermarket in the next village and big supermarkets about 10 minutes drive away. I could not recommend Villa Can Fita enough and we hope to go back.

In one word ‘Amazing’, such a nice villa in the middle of the Island, close to everything! The rooms all well taken care of, outside pool area very luxurious and if anything needed immediate reaction. Thank you Can Fita and Alfred! See you next year i hope again

Lovely villa

The gardens and pool area are delightful and the house is very comfortable and very well maintained. It's well situated for visiting all parts of Ibiza. The pool house and BBQ area was a real favourite for us. Nothing major. It would be good to have a bigger dishwasher. The house could sleep 10 people and the small dishwasher cannot cope with that amount of glasses, dishes and cutlery. The communication from the agent could be better. Generally it was a bit slow and not quite as informative as I would hope. For example we arrived at the gates without having any information about how to enter the property - even though I had messaged when we landed. Also - one of the beds was very creaky. Too noisy to sleep on. This should be checked between changeovers.

thank you for your comment, and regarding the communication, we always follow some steps to follow, at 13.00 when you landed it was explained to you that you could go to the house from 15.00h, but unfortunately you did not tell us when you were at the door, as all customers do, for us to provide you with the entry code, so you were 15 minutes waiting outside, but maybe we did not explain it well, I am sorry if that was a problem for you. Sometimes things go wrong from one guest to the next, we try to fix any problems that arise as soon as possible, like what happened with the noisy bed, we sent the carpenter to remove the noise as soon as you let us know, the truth is we didn't go up to check the beds between guests. We appreciate your comment to take it into account next time and improve our service.

Molt bona estada.

En general tot molt correcte. Estat de neteja excel.lent, molt ben decorada, jardi molt bonic, cuina molt ben equipada, habitacions amb aire condicionat i tv, tovalloles de bany i dutxa suficients i la persona de contacte, de manteniment i el propietari molt amables i servicials. Potser un excés de plantes en la zones de pas per accedir a la piscina. Que el manteniment de la piscina es faci en horari que no coincideixi amb les hores de bany dels usuaris. (o avisar als usuaris d’aquest horari en antelació) Poca llum a la cuina i en alguna habitació.

Dream villa Holiday

The villa is stunning, set is the most beautiful grounds. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were perfect for our family needs. We loved being at the villa so much, we hardly left all week! Some of the matteress' were very hard and some of the sleeping pillows could have been better quality. The set of plates, bowls etc for a villa of this level, could also have been better quality.

Excellent facilities for a family stay. Staff service was very good indeed, quick and helpful. House well equipped. We loved the villa and the location. Was a shame to be charged addotionally for 2 cots and high chairs. Maybe some garden crockery and glasses would be useful.
