Cosy spacious apartment in quiet district 5min walking distance from beach, 20 min till San Juan center and 20 min drive till Alicante center, so quite good location. We enjoyed the terrace and appreciated the 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and tee/coffee/oil/spices and some food, thanks for that! Only the kettle was missing but we managed to do without it. It's good that the apartment is in a privat houses territory with a fence and code,so we felt very safe there :) wifi was good too. Thanks for everything,we enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable but a little tired

A nice apartment in a quite habitation. While the property is very well provisioned, it is a bit tired and in need of some updating. A coat of paint would make it look so much better (the black mold on the kitchen ceiling is still there).Overall a nice place, but could be so much better with a bit of T.L.C.

Great vacation home in a unique location

This accommodation is excellent value. My husband and I spent the month of May 2023 here and loved it. It is exactly as shown in the photos and feels like a comfortable family home. The host is easy to communicate with, and check-in/check-out were straightforward. The apartment is well-equipped and clean with nice linens. The complex is friendly and the neighbourhood is quiet, with bus, tram, groceries and cafes within a few blocks. For me, because I move slowly, beach access was about a 15-minute walk away along pleasant streets.

Good proximity to Tram, groceries and beach

We were thankful to have found this property as two previous bookings were cancelled leaving us to find a place for 6 at the last minute. The pictures make the property look much nicer than it actually was. There was a problem with mice droppings throughout the house and an area of black mold in the kitchen that does not show in the pictures. Unfortunately the property owner/ manager was out of town and unable to come to do anything with the mice. It was in a very quiet gated area which we appreciated. As we did not spend much time at the property it did not negatively impact our vacation.

Hola, gracias por tu respuesta, intentaré mejorar. La casa realmente está mejor ahora que en las fotos, hace 4 meses que está pintada, las toallas y sábanas también están renovadas. Cambié algunos muebles para modernizarla, puse aire acondicionado en los dormitorios. Definitivamente esta mejor que en las fotos. Los vecinos de arriba han tenido un problema y eso ha hecho que tenga la mancha negra en el techo de la cocina. Nunca ha habido ratones debido a los gatos de los vecinos. Es posible que hayas visto restos de algún insecto pero no de ratones. Hemos tenido que sacar varias bolsas de basura que dejaste en la cocina, a lo mejor eso hizo la aparición de los restos que viste. Un saludo.

De accomodatie voldeed aan onze verwachtingen maar is wel aan een lichte opfrissing toe. Locatie was in een rustige buurt op een kleine kilometer van het mooie strand. Ideale uitvalbasis om de Costa Blanca te verkennen zowel in noordelijke als in zuidelijke richting. De wagen kan je veilig binnen parkeren. We willen zeker niet te negatief overkomen maar eerder enkele tips meegeven: de bedden in de tweede grote slaapkamer zijn aan vervanging toe alsook de potten en pannen in de keuken. Zeer positief was dat wanneer je een vraag of probleem had je kon rekenen op de hulp van Adriana.

Una casa completa y muy cómoda

Pasamos 5 días en Alicante con cuatro amigas en esta casa muy acogedora y completa. Está muy bien situada en el cabo de las huertas, muy cerca de la playa San Juan y de restaurantes. La zona es muy tranquila. Gracias Adriana. Hemos disfrutado de nuestrado en tu cassa!
