⭐ Less than 200m from the apartment you’ll find: Ile Rousse’s beach, the center of the city, the Famous Paoli place, a lot of shops (supermarket included), the market every morning, small walking streets, typical Corsican restaurants and of course a lot of water activities at the port!

⭐ Close to Ile Rousse you can reach, by car or by boat, all amazing treasures of Balagne: Saleccia’s beach, Piana’s calanques, Scandola’s reserve, desert of Agriates, Saint-Florent, Lumio, San Antonino, Porto, and much more!

Excellent emplacement bénéficiant d'une grande terrasse avec une vue sur le phare (photo) avec de très beaux couchers de soleil. Un appartement très bien équipé avec une jolie décoration bleue sur le thème de la mer. Corinne est une hôtesse très à l'écoute.J'ai passé un très bon séjour.

Einmal und nie wieder

Bereits im Vorfeld wird man von der Eigentümerin des Appartements mit tonnenweise Infos zugeschüttet. Dies wirkt als sehr bemüht und aufmerksam, stellt sich dann aber trotzdem als mühsam heraus da das ganze einer Schatzsuche ähnelt. Man muss sich zuerst zurecht finden wo man das Auto parken kann, dann muss man das richtige Appartement finden usw. Leider entsprach die Wohnung überhaupt nicht den Vorstellungen, es war eng und unter Meer-Sicht ist auch etwas anderes zu verstehen. Das Bett muss selbst noch gemacht werden, Bettzubehör sowie Frottéewäsche sind in einem Schrank versperrt. Die Better waren allesamt schmutzig, es waren überall Haare von den Vorgängern, keine Bettlaken und in der Küche gab es Brotkrümel auf den Stühlen sowie Fruchtfliegen und sonstige Fliegen. Die Besitzerin war anfangs noch bemüht, spielte danach aber alles herunter und meinte, dass die Putzfrau wohl ein paar Kleinigkeiten übersehen hätte. Wir haben auf jeden Fall nicht in dieser Wohnung übernachtet!

Séjour très agréable, appartement très bien situé, très bien équipé. Linge de maison sur place et inclus dans la location très appréciable. Propriétaire réactive et très arrangeante et communication simple. Je recommande.

Agreable séjour de 15 jours dans ce très bel appartement idéalement situé dans l Ile Rousse. De très belles promenade entre Calvi et Saint Florent. Corinne la propriétaire est charmante.

Ausgezeichnete Lage und herzliche Gastgeber

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserem Gastgeber empfangen. Im liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment fehlte es an nichts. Besonders toll fanden wir die große, gemütliche Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage ist perfekt: Zentrum und Strand sind sehr nah, die Wohnung selbst trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr zu empfehlen!
