Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette location hors-norme. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L'appartement, idéalement placé et dominant la baie de l'Île Rousse, était encore mieux que sur les photos. Grand salon confortable, immense terrasse avec coin salon, salle d'eau généreuse et équipements complets, literie de qualité. Bref, que demander de plus. Nous sommes ravis et prévoyons déjà d'y revenir. Vous pouvez louer ce bien les yeux fermés.

Vue exceptionnelle

Appartement au top... Bien decoré sur le theme de la mer...ambiance vacance Tout est fait pour le confort des vacanciers...il ne manque rien, on se croit à la maison. La terrasse est tres spacieuse grande table avec 6 assises, un coin salon et 2 transates. La vue est magnifique sur la baie de ile rousse et le Cap Corse...plein soleil. Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables pour visiter la Balagne.

le paradis !

Deux excellentes semaines a l'ile Rousse , enchantés par la région ! Les plages aux alentours sont juste magnifiques ! L'appartement est très bien placé au calme , propre et bien équipé une vue de dingue depuis la terrasse ,! nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation pour les plongeurs le club EPIR sur le port est vraiment super ,une équipe bien sympa.

Nach 36 Jahren wieder in L'Ile Rousse...

1987 waren meine Frau und ich schon mal hier. Dieses mal in einer sehr schönen Wohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht die bestens ausgestattet ist. Der Service und die Unterstützung der Verwalterin Sylvie und deren Ehemann waren super. Vielen Dank noch mal und liebe Grüße!

Superbe vue

Très beau logement bien aménagé avec une superbe terrasse et vue magnifique. Néanmoins, difficile d’aller au centre ville à pieds car la résidence étant dans les hauteurs de l’Ile Rousse, cela implique une pente assez compliquée pour remonter. L’entrée en bas de la résidence avec les poubelles ne fait pas très propre.

Très agréable séjour

nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans le logement d'Alain situé sur les hauteurs de la ville avec une superbe vue sur l'Île Rousse et la Méditerranée. Confortable et bien équipé, sans oublier la superbe terrasse où nous avons passé beaucoup de temps.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce joli appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de l'Ile Rousse et sur la mer. Le logement est parfait pour un couple, il est très bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire. Une très sympathique attention nous attendait à notre arrivée et Sylvie a été une interlocutrice parfaite pour notre installation. Le logement est situé un peu loin du centre ville et il est indispensable d'avoir un véhicule. Merci encore

Très bon séjour, mais certaines prestations à améliorer.

Très belle vue. Terrasse impressionnante. Bonne situation, bien que le logement se trouve un peu loin du centre-ville pour y aller à pied. Appartement bien aménagé. Hypermarché très proche. 2 points cependant à améliorer: - literie de la chambre d’un autre âge, pas du tout à la hauteur de la qualité d’ensemble de l’appartement. - Fourniture des draps et des serviettes et prestation de nettoyage non prévues, entraînant un surcoût inattendu. C’est un flou dans l’annonce et, semble-t-il un problème récurrent avec Abritel.

A very nice apartment, well equipped with large terrace and spectacular view

For the two of us, the apartment was perfect. The terrace was large and nicely furnished, with dinner table, deck chairs, large sofa, etc, and the beautiful view of the town and sea. Climate control in all rooms. It is however a bit too far for a walk to town (or up the hill to get home after dinner), but that was a minor problem. The advantage is that there was no noise at nights. The host was also very helpful when we had some problems with deposition fee. The only thing we would have appreciated is some sort of contract, specifying additional costs such as bed linen, towels, final cleaning etc. But that seems to be a common problem with apartments at HomeAway.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille dans cet appartement bien situé sur les hauteurs de l'ile rousse avec donc une vue merveilleuse sur l'ile rousse et le cap corse:l'appartement est très bien agencé et surtout très bien equipé;la terrasse est grande et très agréable;l'accueil par sylvie etait tres sympa et l'appartement très propre à notre arrivée;trés bon contact également avec les propriétaires avec une gentille attention à notre arrivée bref que du bonheur:nous y retournerons avec plaisir !Anne , Nicolas et les enfants
