Cutest Cleanest Cabin!

The property was very easy to find, and was very clean! It was perfect for my husband, myself and our 3m old son! We felt safe and welcomed. When booking here, bring your own coffee grounds because the town doesn’t have a coffee shop, the property has a great coffee maker. Will definitely book again!

Great Stay!

My 5-year old son and I stayed in Cabin #2 while Diamond Mining at Crater of Diamonds. The place was as advertised. The setting was quiet and the cabin and outdoor spaces were clean. The picnic overhang and wash station are a nice touch and we used the fire pit both nights of our stay. Kitchen was nicely stocked to do some cooking if you choose and the washer/dyer came in handy after digging at the mine all day. We would stay here again!

Excellent place to stat

We had a great time at the cabins. My sister and her family rented the other cabin owned by these same people and we were right next to each other. The kids enjoyed the basketball goals and fire pits! The cabins were very clean and nice! The owner was very quick to respond to all of my messages. Check in was easy! Great location!

The location was far enough away to be private, peaceful and secluded, but about 5-10 minutes to shopping, dining & grocery store. About 12 minutes to Crater of Diamond State Park. The cabin is clean & nicely decorated. The washer & dryer is nice, and it also has a spacious tub/shower. I gave a four rating b/c we stayed three nights, and Direct TV never worked the whole time. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except it rained & stormed for a day & a half while we were there, and it would have been nice to be able to watch some movies. I did let the owner know the next day after arriving. Also a damp musty odor that was very noticeable on arrival, but hung around lightly the whole stay.

Cabin was very nice and cozy! Love the jacuzzi tub! Has all the amenities and it’s in the woods! Only thing it does need a light outside by the bbq pit.

Very Enjoyable

My daughter and I stayed in the area to hunt for diamonds. No diamonds found, but we both love all kinds of rocks, and did not go home disappointed. The cabin was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and the quiet setting suited us perfectly. We were very comfortable here. I do hope to return again someday.

The cabin was very roomy, very clean and had everything we needed, our stay was short but if I return to try my luck again with the diamonds, I will definitely book this cabin again. Loved the trail also.

Peaceful

Our cabin was wonderful. The property owner answered all our questions beforehand and offered to help us when we arrived at 12:30AM. The cabin was located close to town where there was an excellent Mexican restaurant and about 12 miles from the Crater of Diamonds Park. The cabin had everything we needed and was furnished nicely. The Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and back porch made our stay perfect. My favorite spot was the back porch early in the morning.❤️

I am from the area and grew up on Lake Greeson just down the road from the cabins. My favorite thing about the cabins is the close proximity to the river, lake, and diamond minds and the quiet peacefulness that you experience when sitting out on the back porch.

What makes this property unique

Our cabins were built and designed by us in 2016 on an 80+ acre pine forest. We have strived to provide our guests with items we would like to have on vacation ourselves. The area is teeming with history. The area was a community known as Royston then, and there was a textile factory on the river using water for power and individual dwellings as well as blacksmith shop, etc. You might stumble upon old buttons, or square nails as the people didn't have a lot of valuables. In the mid-1800s, this area was the edge of the wilderness with unsavory characters as well as good people.
