Fully Furnished Two Bedroom Farm House, "The Little House" Has Everything !

This is my first experience with someone like this renter, our check-in is 3:00pm or after, so I get a message from them that they would like to check-in early if at all possible and would arrive around 1:30pm, so the house was CLEAN and ready and I agreed, at 1:34pm I get a call from a lady saying she can’t operate the key safe to get the key, so I gave her details and it was no problem (all in around 50 SECONDS) it took, so they entered our property around 1:34pm, after my work I drove by the house between 8:30 or 9:00pm, our home is past this property, they were there with lights on inside and outside and was fire in fire pit in back yard with chairs around it. Then the next morning I received an email from VRBO ( time of email was around 12:30ish AM stating they left the property do to unclean and to close to highway. So I go to the house around 9:30am to check it, when I open the door the smell was horrible, like rotten fish, sardines, raw onion, , house was totally a mess, damaged bathroom floor tiles, dirty towels, food in sink and on counter, dining table dirty with food, cooking pots used and left dirty, beds used, kitchen hand towel on ground outside by fire pit with front porch chairs, trash still in kitchen and bathroom, used dirty dishes, food in refrigerator, ect ect ! So long story short, they used our property and wanted a complete refund ! I’d never rent to them again ! These people are free loaders ! I have video and lots of photos if anyone needs to see !
