Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Alghero, "La Casina Loft" is the ideal place to visit the beautiful Catalan city. The apartment is very quiet, despite being located in a strategic area, thanks to the proximity to services such as restaurants, bars, historic places and the beautiful Lungomare. Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a small city tax of stay: 25 cents. per day per person in low season (from 1 October to 30 April); 50 cents per day per person in high season (from 1 May to 30 September).

In case two guests want to sleep in 2 separate beds there will be an extra 10 euros to be paid.


The air conditioning only works cold and is only available in summer. In the other months it will be made available on request. For the winter there is a stove.

All customers are required to respect the separate collection and to take out the trash (leaving it next to the public bathroom in front of the apartment) from 23 to 8 hours.

Also in the historic center there are small bins where you can put paper, plastic and undifferentiated, if the waste is in modest amounts you can give in those bins.
Customers are asked not to leave the trash so many days in the apartment, as food debris could cause bad luck and attract animals.

MAXIMUM attention is recommended when using the washer dryer. The handle should be pulled gently (only with a finger) as if the door is not unlocked it may break. When you arrive, if the washer-dryer will be available to you it means that it works PERFECTLY, if after the check out you should verify the faults you will be held RESPONSIBLE and you will have to pay the damages.

Do not put towels, costumes or clothes full of sand in the washer dryer, as they could clog the filter and prevent the correct flow of water.

Nearby there are plenty of restaurants, the wall from where you can see the beautiful sea of ​​Alghero, bike rental etc. The car parks are located after the square at the end of the street (about 150 meters).

The apartment is located in the historic center of Alghero (ZTL), you can get in the car (but do not park inside) from 8 to 10:30 and from 14:30 to 16:30.
The parking lots are 150 meters from the house, within the blue lines are paid, while the white ones are free. We recommend looking for parking at the end of via XX Settembre (Acquario area) and in via Gramsci (Cinema area).
