This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath home is ready and waiting for your stay. Situated less than 5 minutes from the University of Tennessee campus and just 10 minutes from downtown Knoxville, where you can explore dining and breweries.
Prepare meals or enjoy your morning coffee in the comfort of this house—not a crowded hotel lobby. The large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals or spreading out your laptop to take advantage of the complimentary Wi-Fi included with your reservation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a microwave. It also comes furnished with dishes, pots and pans, a Keurig and standard coffee maker, silverware, and various kitchen utensils. If you need something that's not available in the kitchen, just send me a text, and I'll do my best to provide it.
Each bedroom is fully furnished and includes Smart TVs for streaming your favorite channels. Dressers and double-hanging capacity closets offer ample space for unpacking and settling in, while the double-sink bathroom vanity provides extra room for your morning routine.
