The host was exceptional and the amenities were very family friendly! We enjoyed our stay with our family…it rained the whole time but we made the most of it. Hot tub was added plus!!!

Great cabin with a perfect location to all the activities. The cabin is just as advertised and has all you need for a great getaway. Will definitely book this again.

A-Frame Perfectness

This place was wonderful for a quick little getaway. We wanted a place where we could relax and enjoy the weekend. This A-frame was it! So clean and cute inside and the hot tub was a must for us and it didn’t disappoint. I still give it 5 stars but if you are wanting to just chill there then the TV could have been a little bigger but that’s not a make or break for us. We very much enjoyed our little snowy getaway.

Why they chose this property

In 2021, we took on a wild adventure of buying some land and building an a-frame. To us, it’s more than just an a-frame, this place is very special. It provides an escape from city life and an opportunity to raise our kids in the mountains and on the lake. We love making family memories whether it's snow skiing at Tamarack Resort or waterskiing on Lake Cascade and Payette Lake. Ponderosa Place was designed by and for a-frame lovers, world travelers, avid outdoorsmen or those looking for the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. We hope you make special memories here as well.
