Our accommodation is located in Magomadas, a small town in the province of Oristano on the outskirts of Bosa which is less than 10 km away.
It is located on the ground floor within a private property with an enchanting sea view up to nearby Bosa.
The apartment consists of a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms* as well as a furnished external veranda.
At guests' disposal a small terrace from which you can admire enchanting sunsets or simply experience intense moments of relaxation and meditation.

Wonderful stay in magnificent location

The house was very clean, comfortable, and stylish. Enso helped us with all our requests and provided an overview of the property. The property was not the entire house as Enso lives upstairs and it did not seem so private as I was hoping based on the description of the property. But the downstairs unit and the location were worth the trip from Cagliari.

Hi Sarah & Ben, I'm sorry if you were disappointed with my accommodation, I'm also sorry that you didn't find in reality what I wrote in the description I didn't know how else to specify that the apartment is located on private property and not in a building. I believed that the term "apartment located on the ground floor within a private property" implied that there was an additional floor with a second apartment and did not refer to an entire house. I don't know if there were some errors in the translation but this was the first negative review currently received. Logement très bien équipé et décoré avec goût en rez de jardin avec terrasse couverte mais pas la maison complète, le propriétaire vit au dessus avec sa terrasse vue mer. Pas de Vue Mer du logement loué, un peu sombre avec peu d'ouvertures.

Notre séjour a été incroyable grâce à la super maison de Vincenzo. Tout est fait pour s’y sentir comme à la maison. Vincenzo a été très accueiilant et avait à cœur que nous nous sentions bien. Son site internet sur la Sardaigne est un vrai plus pour savoir quoi visiter. Nous recommandons fortement la maison et son hôte.

Wohnung mit Wohlfühl-Charakter

Die mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung war für unseren 14-tägigen Ferienaufenthalt auf Sardinien von Beginn an eine Wohlfühloase. Es hat uns in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. Besonders der externe Dachbalkon mit den herrlichen und vielfältigen Sonnenuntergängen war jedesmal ein besonderes Highlight. Enzo, der Gastgeber, ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Ferienunterkunft nur empfehlen.

Die Wohnung und Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Haben die ganze Wohnung gemietet, ein Zimmer war abgeschlossen. Von der Wohnung aus sieht man nur an Garagentor. Die abgebildete Aussieht auf Meer ist nur vom Dach aus zusehen.

Gentile Christian, in merito al suo feedback mi dispiace che siate rimasti scontenti, e soprattutto mi dispiace che non me lo abbiate comunicato di persona. Accetto qualsiasi critica al fine di poterla usare e migliorare per gli ospiti futuri. Mi sento però in dovere di precisare 2 aspetti correttamente evidenziati nella descrizione del mio annuncio che vi invito in a rileggere. Il primo riguarda la vista, è specificato che l’alloggio è collocato al piano terra e che la vista panoramica è visibile dalla terrazza a disposizione degli ospiti. Il secondo riguarda il numero di camere dove è ben specificato che la seconda camera è disponibile se il numero di ospiti è maggiore a 2 oppure con un supplemento de €. 30 per ogni notte. Nell’ augurarvi un cordiale saluto vi invito in futuro a leggere con maggiore attenzione le condizioni offerte da qualsiasi altro host al fine di non poter lasciare recensioni più veritiere. Super schöne Wohnung

Alles super, sehr schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung war alles da. Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Sardinen. Ausblick von der Terasse auf das Meer einfach nur herrlich. Netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung kann man sehr empfehen. Wohnung liegt schön am Berg, typisches Dörfchen.

Es war hervorragend, hier Urlaub machen zu dürfen. Zum einen die Gegend, die unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen bietet und zum anderen die Ferienwohnung... es war komplett alles da, was man braucht. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind sehr herzige Menschen... absolut empfehlenswert, hier zu wohnen :)

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Alles war super sauber, die Betten waren gemütlich und die Wohnung war top ausgestattet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Als weiteren Pluspunkt haben wir es empfunden, dass an den Fenstern Fliegengitter angebracht waren, sodass keine Mücken in die Wohnung und ins Schlafzimmer gelangen konnten. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Sehr zu empfehlen

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige, saubere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Ein kleiner Sitzbereich mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf dem Dach des Hauses ist über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Der Balkon im Inserat gehört nicht zur Wohnung. Enzo war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und stets um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bemüht.

Eine perfekt entspannte Zeit!

Wir durften im Juni zwei Wochen lang bei Enzo zu Gast sein und hatten einen sehr entspanten Aufenthalt! Enzo ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, schön ausgestattet und besticht durch viele kleine liebevolle Details - von Taschen für den Einkauf bis hin zum Sonnenschirm für den Strand und Strandmatten. Magomadas ist ein sehr ruhiger kleiner Ort und der Blick von dort oben in Richtung Meer fantastisch.

Scharfe Messer bei hellem Licht betrachtet

3 Highlights sind in diesem erstklassigen Quartier hervorzuheben: eine überreich ausgestattete Küche, eine ausgezeichnete Beleuchtung auch zum Lesen (keineswegs selbstverständlich!) und eine Terrasse, die tagsüber schattig, am Abend sonnig ist. Alles in allem perfekt.

Beautiful relaxing vacation

This was a very nice apartment especially the rooftop terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed having coffee on the terrace in the morning and wine in the evening enjoying the view of the sea and the sunset. Enzo is the consummate host, he helped us with anything we asked and even picked us up the first night to show us the way. I would highly recommend this apt in the little village of Magodmas just 10 minutes from Bosa by car, it was such a nice relaxing place and we felt safe there. The food was fabulous, it was strawberry season and we went to several farmers markets, there was a beer festival but sadly we missed the wine festival— Maybe another year!

Entspannung pur und mediterranes Flair

Wir durften zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Unterkunft genießen und hatten mit Enzo den passenden Gastgeber, der uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung stand und viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung geben konnte. Die Lage ist perfekt, um vom Alltagsstress abzuschalten und dennoch nah genug an vielen Orten, Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten, um schnell viele Top-Spots zu erreichen. Die Zeit verging leider wie im Flug und wir werden definitiv noch einmal wieder kommen. Dear Enzo, thank you for providing us a wonderful experience in Sardegna. Best wishes from Germany

Wir waren insgesamt 15 Tage in der super sauberen Ferienwohnung bei Vincenzo. Hier hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, super ausgestattete Küche, in der man auch mal die leckeren Köstlichkeiten vom wunderbaren Mark in Bosa ( 8km mit dem Auto ) zubereiten kann. Strände und sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. Wer also etwas Ruhe und Entspannung, außerhalb vom touristischen Trubel sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Einen wundervollen Sonnenuntergang ist hier garantiert. Wir werden gerne wieder dort wieder hinreisen. MILLE GRAZIE
