The complex has outdoor swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, tennis court, children's playground and well-kept gardens with fountains and ditches. From October to May it has a spa, small gym, sauna and heated pool. All included in the price of accommodation. Housing with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. New furniture and modern decoration, fitted wardrobes. Equipped independent kitchen, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery for four people. Air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. 50 meter terrace equipped with dining room and chil out area, overlooking the sea and common areas. Wifi included Your pet is welcome as long as you control their behavior. At 800 meters from the sea line, access without jams to the magnificent beaches of Vera and bike path to the beach.

We had a fantastic 6 weeks . Great location , lovely apartment . The terrace was large and in the sun till around 4pm The apartment was spacious and clean, The only issue we had was the wifi kept dropping out from time to time . Would highly recommend as it felt home from home .

El apartamento es muy cómodo y más grande de lo que aparece en las fotos. Todo nuevo. Lo mejor, la terraza. Urbanización bonita y tranquila a 7' de la playa. Susan ha estado pendiente en todo momento para facilitarnos todo y darnos la información que pedíamos. Sin duda para repetir.

Super vacances

Tout était très bien pour nous, l'emplacement, la literie et les équipements. L'accueil était très chaleureux. Et nous avons apprécié le bon fonctionnement et le peu de bruit de la climatisation dans les chambres. Par contre il faut une voiture pour toutes vos courses (pas de pains ou magasins dans le complexe). Annonce conforme à la réalité. Merci bcp. Nous recommandons vivement.

El apartamento genial! Muy amplio y agradable, con una terraza a pie del comedor super cómoda y grande, dónde mis hijas han podido corretear para arriba y abajo todo el día o para desayunar/cenar tranquilamente. Contenía todos los enceres necesarios para una estancia larga. La urbanización muy cuidada y limpia, con una piscina estupenda. Un poco lejos del centro o playa para ir andando pero en coche te plantas en cinco minutos. Vera Playa es perfecto para conocer Cabo de Gata, dónde llegas por la autovía o si prefieres por la nacional. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días tranquilos (hemos estado en septiembre, no sé cómo sería en Julio/Agosto).

Exacto a la descripción

La casa es exacta a la descripción. Muy cómoda. Cercana al lugar de aparcamiento asignado, lo que es de agradecer sobre todo con niños pequeños. El menaje de la casa es más que suficiente para una familia y estaba como nuevo. Por ponerle una pega, las demás terrazas de la urbanización se sienten muy próximas, pero no es ningún problema.

No hay palabras para describir la preocupación de Susan para que todo estuviera bien, Gracias de corazón, respecto al apartamento lo que buscábamos , cómodo amplio con todo lo necesario, no nos importaba que estuviera un poco, alejado de la playa ya que pensábamos desplazarnos a varias durante la estancia. Alt var som forventet. I den kolde periode nov. og dec. måned kan lejligheden blive meget kold. Airkonditionen er derfor meget i brug. Det ska man nok tage højde for med alternativ opvarmning. urbanisionen er fantastisk med dens faciliteter og service.

Mejor de lo pensado

Estamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia en este apartamento, tanto con la persona que nos recibió como con los propietarios, el apartamento mejor que en las fotos, esta recién pintado, muebles muebles nuevos , con vajilla suficiente, aire acondicionado en el salón y en todas las habitaciones, la terraza es mucho más grande que en las fotos , todo muy acogedor, seguro que repetimos.

Para ser una estancia vacacional, demasiadas restricciones en el uso de las zonas comunes como por ejemplo la piscina y la prohibición de barbacoa en terraza habilitada.
