First floor



Kitchen

Yellow tiles contrasting against the white gloss units fully stocked with all you need to self cater. You will find a four ring ceramic hob with a small oven, fridge with a separate freezer and a slimline dishwasher.



Living / Dining Area:

Charcoal grey L-shaped sofa bed dressed with yellow cushions create a comfortable seating area. A folding table extends to form a dining table to seat 10 people.



Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 2)

Sleeping two in zip and link bed which forms a double or two singles, this bedroom comes with a cosy window seat and a feature fireplace. There is a hanging rail and a chest of drawers for your belongings.

Separate WC with toilet and wash basin.



Second floor



Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 3)

With a zip and link bed which can be set as a double or two singles and an additional single bed, this bedroom can accommodate three guests. Beautiful chest of drawers, silky red cushions and charcoal curtains create a nice contrast against the white floor and soft grey walls.



Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 3)

Front room with a single bed and a zip and link bed to sleep three with bedside table and cool drop cap lights. Soft furnishings in deep blue and monochrome give the room a smart, contemporary look.



Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 2)

Copper frame double bed with a quirky chest of drawers which provides extra storage to the hanging rail.

Bits and Bobs

The property is located above the The Mucky Duck pub- an independent, laid back pub which offers live music, unplugged, on Tuesdays until 11pm, a quiz night on Wednesdays, and occasional DJs until 1am on some weekends. Guests are invited to have a drink whilst waiting for others in the group to get ready. Although noise is minimal, this is a popular pub in a lively area, so please consider if this is suitable for your group or family.
