Fabulous house

Great house, great location, fabulous hosts. We were a party of 17 ladies, mature in age. This place was ideal for the size of our party, and in particular the location was excellent for closeness to all our booked activities. I’d recommend it.

Amazing house!

We stayed for a hen weekend and it was just the perfect place for us to be! The house has plenty of space - with 14 of us it never felt overcrowded! Location is fantastic! In the middle of everything and the owners are super helpful and accommodating!

We had the most amazing time at this property. 100%perfect in everyway the location was amazing within walking distance to everything we had booked. Catalina was an excellent host everytime I had a question she would respond quickly. All I can say is if your looking to book this property please DO you won't be disappointed

Great house for our hen party in Brighton. Location is really close to the station, beach and bars. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Very handy having a key box for easy check in and access for all guests to use. Good communication from the owners before hand. Thank you for a great weekend!

We all had a fabulous time. We found the house very clean and comfortable. The only issue was all the stairs, if you are on the top floor, it’s a lot, but not a big problem, it helped our leg muscles. Thank you for letting us use the lovely house, it was wonderful. Michelle.

Great house for a hen party

This house is a perfect for a hen do, it’s big enough for 16 (20 would be a push!) and in a great central location. Andy was very helpful and let us check out later than was advertised. The bathrooms are a little worn and there wasn’t any soap, but do the job for a big group all trying to get ready and have a good time.

Fab stay for a hen weekend

A great property and an easy check in experience. The bedrooms were extremely clean and comfortable but the communal areas weren’t as clean. Also the listing says there are plenty of hooks to hang decorations off and there were not so we couldn’t put our photos up. However, we had a fantastic stay - great property. Thank you :)

Dear Emma, I'm sorry the lack of hooks in the house has impacted on your stay. We were surprised to hear you had issues with the cleaning of communal areas as we check the cleaning before all of our guests' stay and the housekeepers do a fantastic job.

Beautiful house, central to everything

There were 19 of us staying in this house for a hen party. Perfect for group gatherings with an open planned kitchen/dining area. In the centre, which was walking distance to all activities that were planned. The seafront was less than a 5 minute walk which was perfect. Communication with Cat/Andy from the start of the booking to departure who were very helpful and answered any questions. Would definitely book again in the future. Thankyou!!

Hen Weekend!

Thank you Cat and Andy for a wonderful weekend. The house is in the perfect location; just a few minutes walk from city centre and a minute from the beach. The kitchen/dining area is perfect for large groups with plenty of space and everything you need to cook for a big group.

18 female friends stayed for two nights and it was absolutely fantastic - great location, so close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants. The place was perfect for large groups and the hosts were so responsive and easy to liaise with. Couldn't recommend it more.

Good central location

Good central location in Brighton. Would struggle to sleep 20. We had 12 and could only just fit us all round the table and only one lounge which would struggle to seat 20. Not as impressive and spacious as the photos imply. But great if you want to be out and about in Brighton eating, drinking and beach extremely close.

Fantastic central property for Hen Party

House is in a perfect location, so central to everything which was amazing. Communication with Andy and Cat was really good and they very generously let us check in early and leave later on the last day. We had a couple of questions but they were quick to respond. Unfortunately there was an ongoing issue with 2 of the lights downstairs which made it a bit dark but there were lamps provided and it wasn't a massive issue. Hope they've now managed to get that sorted :-). Just a small point, it said basic soap provided but they were empty so we bought our own. Again not a big problem. Thank you to Andy and Cat for letting us rent their lovely house which was perfect for the 16 of us.
