Venti Villa is located in the wonderful Orkos area in Naxos. 200 square meters and 1050 square meters surrounding space with unobstructed view, this luxury villa with private pool is built on the wonderful unique slope of the famous Orkos. The materials used for the inside & outside areas are of natural local stone from the synonymous region, there are built-in beds, benches & built-in bathrooms. The villa is on three levels, the ground floor has 1 bedroom, fireplace, kitchen with living room and bathroom, one cellar and very large terraces, with a signature grey swimming pool, which offers us excellent views of the Aegean as well as beautiful gardens, a dining table for 12 persons and an outdoor shower. The surrounding area is very meticulous, the second level is with 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
In the upper floor, there is a really cosy sofita bedroom with ensuite bathroom, too.

We loved our stay at Villa Venti. The property was clean, spacious, and has ja beautiful pool and view. We liked the location as it was easy to travel with our car rental to restaurants and beaches. Giannis and the housekeeper were attentive and hospitable.

Spectacular Views

A beautiful property that was well appointed. Views were unbeatable. We visited a bit off season and it was peaceful and serene. Short drive to the town with shops and restaurants. Host provided some homemade bread and fresh fruits which was a lovely touch.

Family Gathering at Villa Venti

My family group stayed at Villa Venti for 8 days and had a wonderful vacation, thanks to the stunning views, beautiful sunsets and lovely house. The outside space is particularly nice with the crystal clear pool and various seating and relaxing areas. The large outside table got a lot of use. The bedrooms and baths are extremely comfortable and well appointed. Our house manager Evie was very helpful, coming daily to do light cleaning and offering information about the local area and businesses. She changed towels and linens every three days. There is no washer/dryer but Evie offered to take the laundry for a fee. The house is located close to fabulous beaches and nice local restaurants. Lovely villages and amazing mountain views are not far away. A few things to be aware of about this property. The access road and drive to the property are very steep. Do not attempt to find it in the dark. The GPS is no help. The directions provided by the owner are confusing to someone not familiar with the area. The eating and living spaces don’t accommodate 10 people comfortably. The country kitchen is well equipped but the inside eating area consists of a table and only 4 small stools. The living area seats 4 in a small space, but there are floor cushions. If the weather is fine, this will not be an issue as the outside space is so amazing, however we were there in September and the nights were too cold for our group to comfortable eat dinner outside. We would happily stay at this property again if we would be so fortunate to have another trip to Naxos.

Stunning Views and Great Service

This property has all the amenities my family needed. We took a multi-generational vacation to Naxos as a group of 11. This was really one more than the place comfortably sleeps, but the owner brought in a mat for my young son and he was fine. We spent the evenings cooking and enjoying the breathtaking sunsets from the deck. During the day, we enjoyed the pool, visited the port, local beaches and small surrounding towns. Evi, the house manager, was amazing! She came daily and was constantly inquiring about our needs and giving us tips on how to best navigate the island. There are a few things to be aware of when booking this property. It sits a top of a large hill which means great sunsets but it is a hike to the beach by foot. If you plan on getting groceries or visiting any other part of the island, a car is a must. It is an expensive taxi ride back and forth to the port or to the large supermarket. Despite this, we loved the location for it's close proximity to great beaches, privacy and views. Also, there wasn't a washer/dryer. So pack accordingly. Overall, these are issues that can be planned for, and we would stay in this villa again in a heartbeat.
