I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The location is perfect…there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and it’s in walking distance to all the major attractions. The property owners were wonderful…quick to reply, accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. The only thing I want to point out is there are quite a few stairs leading up to the apartment. That being said, there is a lift/small elevator, so I wouldn’t let that deter you. The bottom line is, I would jump at the chance to stay here again!
This day was truly as good as it gets. It started with our flight being delayed. The property owner stayed and met us several hours after our designated check-in time. When we got out of the taxi, he was standing at the front door waiting for us to show us how to get up to the apartment. He then proceeded to take us through each and every step of the way. Showed us how everything worked where everything was. He could not have been more helpful for a nicer person. The apartment itself was very well appointed. There was even a bottle of bubbly in the kitchen, waiting for us. He left us with more than enough coffee for two heavy coffee drinkers for a week. Just everything about the place was really special. I cannot recommend this high enough. The owner and his sister who lives across the hall were very helpful, communicated extremely well. I wish all of my experiences were this delightful. By the way, as far as the location goes, if you are staying in Siena, you really can’t find a better place. This is our Fourth trip to Siena and this is exactly where you want to be.
This apartment is just as described and pictured in the listing. It is large, clean and beautifully decorated and appointed. The view from the living room window of the city is stunning.Andrea was a very good host, meeting us at the door and showing us around. A bottle of prosecco awaited us.The apartment is wonderfully located - we walked to everything: Campo, Duomo and a local yoga class!Andrea was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and he responded to text messages in minutes. The only caveat I must mention is that during the two weekends we stayed there were rock concerts/dance parties in a nearby square that just echoed throughout the city from 9 to 1am. When I called Andrea to ask he responded immediately to the first call but the following weekend he got a bit short with me, saying that staying in the city means noise. This is a good point - there are always city noises and that was not a problem. I just think that he might mention the big, loud rock concerts and instruct us to close windows and put on the air conditioning...which did help. All in all, it was a wonderful rental and I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to be in Siena.
Our good friends met us in Siena where we shared this property. We were absolutely blown away by the unique apartment. The panoramic views of “Old Siena” from our windows were breathtaking.
When we left the apartment, we were right in the main area of Siena, we were just a short walk to the Piaza, where the annual horse races are held. Most points of interest were a short walk from our place.
The apartment was well appointed, great kitchen for cooking the occasional meal. Beds were very comfy and two bedrooms and separate bathrooms worked out well for two couples.
We loved our stay and know that we will definitely book the same place when we return.
We enjoyed our stay at Andrea's apartment. His sister Antonella welcomed us and lives across the hall from this apartment. She was a gracious host who responded quickly to our questions. The apartment was clean, spacious and had amazing views. With high, beautifully decorated ceilings, the apartment was welcoming at the end of our busy days. Having a washer and dryer is always a plus! The refrigerator was stocked with a lovely bottle of Prosecco and several breakfast items - such a nice touch. We definitely recommend this apartment
Wonderful apartment with all amenities. In a very central location within walking distance to everything . Apartment is large and extremely comfortable as well as spotless. Should you choose to visit Siena for a week or two, this is the one to get.
Great host whose sister lives in an apartment right across the way. Very nice people.
As you might have guessed , we highly recommend this property and the host.

Gorgeous, clean and well accommodated apartment in the center of it all. This apartment didn’t disappoint, extremely clean and Andrea was wonderful and very helpful during our stay! Wish we we’re still there!
We absolutely loved the location and charm of this magnificent apartment. Andrea was an excellent communicator and we savored every moment of our Seville stay.
This is a wonderful apartment. It was welcoming with charming decor. It was very well appointed and had everything we needed. The location was wonderful and made it very easy to explore the city. Andrea was so kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. He left us a wonderful bottle of Prosecco and breakfast which was a nice welcome. You won’t be disappointed if you are lucky enough to stay at this lovely apartment.
My sister, daughter and I spent a week in this great apartment, which was perfectly located in Siena. Andrea was wonderful to work with. Communication was always prompt, and helpful. When we arrived at the apartment, there was a bottle of Prosecco, cookies, crackers, yogurt, juice, coffee... More than enough to get us started! We ended every day enjoying apertivo at Piazza del Campo. We did not have a car, but there is very easy access to trains, buses, and private tour guides. If I'm ever lucky enough to return to Siena, I hope that Andrea is still hosting this apartment!
Can't give enough praise to this apartment or to owner Andrea. The place was very large, beautifully restored and furnished, and not just in an excellent central location but also had incredible views. Andrea himself was a kind and attentive host, answered all of our questions and welcomed us with a chilled bottle of prosecco and some breakfast treats in the fridge. We made the rookie mistake of parking in a lot that held the weekly market and were towed (note: the signs aren't always easy to spot!), and even though we had checked out already he went above and beyond the call of duty to help us figure out what to do. Cannot recommend this place enough; will absolutely stay here the next time we are in Siena!
You can’t find a better location in Siena. Place is spacious and has a very important feature for travelers-a washer and dryer. If you are driving ask Andrea for a suggestion, it was a garage with in and out privileges. Enjoy Siena
This apartment is in a wonderful location - close to all the sights, yet very quiet and private. The high ceilings and beautiful, classic furnishings make it an elegant place to stay. Everything was in excellent condition and the owner was very helpful with our questions. Highly recommended!!
Andrea was a fantastic host from start to finish. The apartment was spacious and immaculate and beautifully restored with care given to maintain the apartment’s historic character. If we ever return, we’ll try to stay again. Could not recommend more highly!

Beautiful, elegant and fabulous location! Perfect! Loved our Stay!
This gorgeous condo in the heart of Siena was our favorite stay out of seven hotels and HomeAway selections over our three week trip to Italy. The Historic apartment, located in a Medieval tower, has been beautifuly restored and modernized with a fabulous decor.
Andrea met us on schedule, brought our luggage up, greeted us with Prosecco and breakfast items. The views are jaw dropping from every window. Immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable elegant furnishings, lovely modern baths. The kitchen is fit for any gourmet chef and supplied everything including beautiful cookware and dishes. The apartment exceeded our expectations and is even better than the photos! It is a place to settle into and enjoy Tuscany from. We will return!
