Anti-stress shelter in Melendreros, a town located in the beautiful Asturian mountain of Bimenes, where you can enjoy family, friends, numerous routes (Route of the Mills, Route of the Foces of the Pendón River, etc ..) Homemade restaurants with traditional food and all 35 minutes from Oviedo, Gijón, Covadonga and 40 minutes from Rodiles beach.

It is a perfect place for cycling, mountain routes or for nature lovers.

The House is warm and comfortable and consists of 3 floors distributed on the ground floor with living room with heating wood stove, gas cooker and toilet. On the first floor, double bedroom with double bed, bathroom, office, gazebo room with fireplace and access to terrace with barbecue. On the top floor, a diaphanous room with a double bed and the possibility of 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.

The house has a parking area next to the house.

Peaceful getaway

Lovely peaceful villa with just the sound of the cowbells and the birds. Had everything we wanted. Perfect for our family of 5 and family dog. The owner was really helpful with arranging a vet visit for us to comply with taking a dog abroad and also when the car needed repairing.

Cadre fabuleux mais bruyant

La maison est spacieuse est globalement bien équipée. La terrasse au 1er étage est inutilisable car éloignée de la cuisine. Endroit perdu dans un jolie décor mais à 45 minutes minimum de voiture pour les visiter. Pic des Europa à 1h30. Maison perdue dans un jolie cadre malheureusement très bruyant la nuit en raison dune concentration importante d'animaux prèsde la maison. Surtout les chiens qui aboient toute la nuit, les coqs dès le milieu de la nuit, mais aussi les cloches des moutons, les chevaux, ânes (pas le plus gênant). Le seul gros bémol sont les nuisance

Escogimos este sitio por estar cerca de todos los puntos que queríamos visitar en Asturias: Oviedo Gijón, pueblos de playa, Picos de Europa... El alojamiento es una casa de pueblo restaurada en gran parte. Se han echado de menos algunos detalles de menaje como copas de vino, o la barbacoa, que está desfondada del uso, pero con carácter general bastante bien.

Heerlijk zeer goed gerestaureerd huis midden in de natuur.

Zeer stijlvol ingericht huis. Ruim, schoon en alles wat aanwezig voor een fijne vakantie. Fijne houtkachel met voldoende hout die het hele huis verwarmd en veel sfeer brengt. Uitstekend werkende Wifi. Veel ruimte, goede bedden en ruim voldoende sanitair. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras. Communicatie met de host zeer vriendelijk en goed. Kortom een aanrader.
