About the host
Your host
Hello! I was raised in Springs and attended school here from Pre-K to High School Graduation! I have family who are still here and after college and living out west for a number of years, I finally decided to move home. I love being out here as it affords me the opportunities to do the things I love best such as surfing year round, golfing, fishing, biking, hockey, tennis, paddle, and many more! I enjoy being a host because it allows me to share my beautiful environment with those who may be unfamiliar and with that hopefully help others develop and nurture the love and respect that this place and all it's inhabitants deserve.
Why they chose this property
Well as we all know, the only thing constant is change! Springs used to be the hamlet of fisherman and artists alike. It has very deep history going back many generations, to a time when the Native American's and original settlers lived in harmony, sharing knowledge with each other for the betterment of life, without changing what each group loved so much about the land. A lot has changed since then, but if you are lucky enough the right time of day and all you can hear are the animals and the wind, you'll appreciate the magical light and life around you and forget what year it is!
What makes this property unique
We're located in an amazing neighborhood with land preserves and slow streets. It is family oriented and quiet. The completely fenced in backyard is it's own little oasis in the summer with ornamental plant species in full bloom surrounding the pool. The back deck and pool area are heated all day long with great southern exposure, and on clear nights, you can catch the sunset through the trees right off the deck. Or, you can take a stroll down to one of the many restaurants located in Springs!
