Bright and stylish 1 bedroom apartment in Notting Hill

This 3rd floor apartment is bright and comfortable and ideally located next to Ladbroke underground station along with access to multiple bus routes. A lot of local shopping facilities are available nearby and the trendy Portobello market and the beautiful canal are within a few minutes walk. The perfect base for discovering central London and Notting Hill!

This is a lovely pied a terre in Notting Hill close to Ladbroke station. It comes with a fully fitted kitchen, large living room, bathroom, and a spacious master bedroom. The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and so is very quiet and private. Please note that clean linens and towels are provided for your stay.

You will have access to all amenities provided in the apartment as well as having the apartment to yourself during your stay.

All guests are provided with clean sheets, bath towels, hand towels as well as basic bathroom supplies.

The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the apartment that guests can use during their stay.

Regular check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.
Regular checkout time is up to 11am on the check out day.
If you wish to check-in earlier between 12noon and 3pm please let us know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.

Additional charges
Please note that there are extra charges if you are looking to check in late or check out very late.

1. Late check in:
Fee of £25 for check-ins between 8pm and 10pm.
Fee of £35 for check-ins from 10pm to 12am.

2. Extra late check out – Fee of £35 check-outs after 3pm on the check out day (If this is possible).

Even better than expected!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Ideal location.Stunning inside. Everything we needed. This is real London. You’re near to bars and restaurants and literally steps from the tube.As long as you’re ok with the stairs to get to the top floor you won’t be disappointed…it’s the only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars.

Perfect location to enjoy London

We had a fantastic stay! Getting around London was a breeze, and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. We can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit.

Wonderful week in London

This place was so clean and central to subway access and the beautiful Notting Hill neighborhood, with walking distance to Kensington Gardens. We loved it and will definitely consider staying again

This was a lovely flat that was comfortable and very close to the subway. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. It also had a lovely balcony. No complaints - I totally recommend!

Modern flat in a nice area

Modern amenities in a nice location. Modern kitchen appliances and fully stocked. Could have used some more basic necessities such as a bar of hand soap. Advertised as second floor flat, but be aware you have to go up 3 full flights to get to it.

Hip and cool stay

My 18 y/o daughter and I enjoyed 4 nights in this awesomely located flat. Steps away from Ladbroke Grove underground station the flat offers easy transport to all corners of London. The apartment is well appointed if you want to make your own meals but also is steps away from Portobello road with dozens of fantastic eat out options. The apartment was clean, bright. Bed super comfy. Highly highly recommend. Plus Sola was a fantastic host!!!

lovely flat, convenient location, would stay again!

Apartment was bright, clean, and as described; patio was even a little larger than expected! The host was very accommodating of our early check in request - allowing us to check in several hours before a typical hotel check in time (saved us several hours of walking around with our luggage). Location is very convenient for accessing transportation (subway/bus) and walking distance to Portobello Market. Although the apt is located on a fairly busy street, the bedroom is at the back of the apartment and street noise wasn't noticeable with the bedroom doors closed. (There's a fan in the apt that can be used for cooling and "white noise".) There's a great coffee shop within a block, but the apt also has a Nespresso coffee maker (coffee "pods" and tea were provided). We would definitely recommend!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser schönen Wohnung!Super zentral, direkt neben der Ubahn Station. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen nach einem trubeligen Tag in London und guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. 5 Minuten zum portobello road market. Auch check in/check out liefen sehr unkompliziert. Gerade für junge Leute, die sich nicht am Lärmpegel der Straße stören, zu empfehlen.

Had a wonderful stay in Notting Hill on our London vacation

This apartment was the perfect place to stay for our visit. It was right next to a Metro stop which made it very fast and convenient to get anywhere in London. Notting Hill is a beautiful neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants, and little cafes.The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had a nice working kitchen. You if have a hard time with stairs, this is not the place for you. There were 4 flights of narrow stairs to transverse with luggage and at the end of a tiring day of walking. It took us awhile to figure out how the shower worked, and there wasn't an outlet in the bathroom which made it hard to dry and curl our hair. We were happy that they had a fan and a washer/dryer available for us to use.

The location identified upon booking the property was different than the actual location. The actual location is on a loud, commercial street near an underpass. Be ware that the property is on the top floor and is extremely hot as well.

Ideal for London Travel

The apartment is comfortable and convenient. Literally just steps from a Zone 1 Underground stop, it makes it very easy to get TO and FROM any Underground or London Rail Station.

Perfect for Us

Comfortable, quiet and convenient! Not the best if you forgot something and had to run back up the 50 steps of stairs, but other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay for London work or holidays. And Sole was kind and responsive, even when I was being obtuse!

Wonderful Flat in a Great Area

I stayed here for a 3 night get away after a business trip. It was perfect, had everything I needed and was conveniently located just steps from an underground station. There are several coffee shops and quick markets within a minute or so walk from the flat. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the shower is great. I do think it is important to note the number of stairs involved in getting to the living space. I read through the reviews and saw the information others posted and decided it was fine for me, but someone with mobility issues or just plain don't want to have that effort should know up front what the deal is. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

The flat was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space to unpack and feel at home. The property manager was very accommodating responsive and patient.

The Perfect Place!

This place was everything we needed for our 2 week stay in London! This flat was very clean, spacious and had all of the amenities to make for a very comfortable stay! A few reviews commented on the multiple flights of stairs, but we just incorporated it as conditioning for our constant London sightseeing treks...not bad at all. Sole was there to greet us and orient us on our arrival, and available for questions throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Perfect for a couple

I booked this for an elderly couple and they were pleased with the ease of check-in and cleanliless. The location is perfect as it close to public transport and tourist attractions.

Good locale

This apartment was in a great location for seeing central London. Many things where within walking distance and was right next to metro. Great neighborhood with lots of great shops, bars and restaurants. Had all the amenities but be advised. The front door of apt is on 2nd floor (3rd by US standards) but then you have to go up another floor to get to the living quarters. So....this is a 4th floor walk up (3rd floor by European standards). The photos show what looks like a terrace but it is off the landing on the staircase leading into the apt and you would have to go out a window to get to it and it was locked. My friend and I were both recovering from ortho problems and the extra flight of stairs was a killer after a long day walking around London. Other than that apt was ok and the location couldn't be beat.

I currently manage a number of properties that have been trusted to me from friends and family. I personally make sure that the apartments are always properly taken care off and are professionally cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival. Linen, toiletries, towels and a few welcome essentials are there on arrival to ensure guests are made to feel at home.

I also make sure guests are met upon arrival and are shown around the apartment and given all relevant local tips on places to shop, go out, transport links, etc. so as to make sure guests get to experience the space and area as a real local would. Please note that I am also always available and contactable during the guest's stay if any help is needed. I'm always around to help!
