Sunset Holiday Villa in San Pietro Pinewood

Beautiful semi-detached house of 85sqm inserted in the quiet of the Pineta di San Pietro, in the municipality of Valledoria, between maritime pines and eucalyptus. Located 200 meters from the long sandy beach, where there are also equipped facilities. The house has a private entrance, a large private garden, a living room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a verandah with furniture and a solarium with a rocking chair and a parasol. Private parking space.

The rooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher. In the living room a double sofa bed. Guests also have a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Guests have access, for a fee, to the Tennis court located 50 meters away.

At check-in a person in charge will hand over the keys and illustrate the facilities of the house. You will also be charged a security deposit which will be returned upon check-out.

Valledoria is located in the middle of the North Coast of Sardinia, in the Gulf of Asinara, offering, in addition to the sea, also the possibility of reaching all the main places like Castelsardo, Badesi, Isola Rossa, Costa Paradiso, Stintino, Alghero, Santa Teresa and Tempio Pausania. Not far from the Baths of Casteldoria.

The sea is 200 meters away, while the village center, reachable by car, is 1,5 km away, where there are several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and, during the summer, also the medical guard.

The beach can be reached in 3 minute walk, while the village by car (1,5 Km).

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen und super ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Schöne ruhige Lage, strandnah. Max der Gastgeber war stets um unser Wohl bemüht und immer in Kontakt mit uns. Klare Empfehlung. Gerne wieder!

Wir konnten in diesem geräumigen Haus eine wunderbare Woche verbringen. Es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Die Kinder hatten ihr eigenes Zimmer und somit einen Rückziehort zum Spielen und Chillen. Wir genossen die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist ca.7 Gehminuten entfernt. Zu unserer Zeit war dieser nie überlaufen. Der feine Sand hat allen gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Max, dem Vermieter, war hervorragend. Unsere Fährzeiten hatten sich so verschoben, dass wir erst gegen Mitternacht ankommen würden. Max hat alles organisiert, dass wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt erwartet und ohne weitere Komplikationen einziehen konnten. Vielen, vielen Dank nochmals dafür an Max und Monika.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage!

Das Haus entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Haushälterin via WhatsApp war schnell, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet für die Region und der Strand ist ohnehin traumhaft! Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Perfektes Haus ... perfekter Vermieter

Wir sind zu 100% zufrieden. Die Kommunikation des Vermieters ist vorbildlich. 14 Tage vor Reiseantritt hat uns dieser automitisch kontaktiert ... und uns alle erforderlichen Unterlagen für die Reise zukommen lassen. Das Einchecken war einfach .. die Ferienwohnung einfach zu finden. Bei der Ankunft haben uns Süssigkeiten, Wein, Wasser, ein Softtrink, Milch, Kaffee und Tee erwartet ... klasse! Das Haus ist wunderschön ruhig in einem Pinienwäldchen gelegen, das Grundstück groß und begrünt. Es ist an alles gedacht ... von der Waschmaschine über die Wäscheleine bis zum Gasgrill ... vorbildlich. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet, die Betten bequem, das Terassenmobiliar hochwertig ... so macht wohnen Spaß. Inclusive Blick aufs Meer und Castelsardo ... der unendliche Sandstrand ist geschätzt 3 Minuten entfernt. Einige gastronomische Betriebe sind fußläufig erreichbar. Hier stimmt alles. Es war toll ... und wird von uns zu 100% weiterempohlen. Danke Max!

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Max ist ein toller Gastgeber! Herzlichen Dank an ihn und Monica, die uns sogar am Strand San Pietro abgeholt hatte, weil unser Google-Navi die Straßen nicht kannte. Es zeigt noch 800 Meter an, und 5 Meter weiter, waren es plötzlich 5 Kilometer. Wir drehten uns im Kreis und wussten nicht weiter. Max war sofort erreichbar und managte die Abholung mit Monica. Die Einfahrt ist zwischen den beiden Strandtestaurants - ziemlich holprige Strecke, weshalb wir auch erst dachten, dass wir falsch wären. Der Hausstrand ist sehr schön. Am besten mit kleineren Kindern an der Dusche links gehen. Da ist es ruhiger und länger flach. Rechts bei den Felsen ist es gleich tiefer und welliger. * Sauberer Grill (hatte ich davor noch nie im Urlaub!) * Außendusche prima! * Getränke und Knabbereien im Kühlschrank * Backofen sauber! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Eine Woche Erholung pur

Wir waren Anfang April 2024 eine Woche vor Ort und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Das Haus an sich ist super geschnitten, sauber und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir wurden mit Obst, Getränken und einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Die Kommunikation mit Max und Monica hat super geklappt. Das Haus ist toll gelegen, mitten im Pinienwald und dicht an einem wunderschönen Strand. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zum Supermarkt oder zum Restaurant zu kommen, oder sollte ca 25 Min Fußweg einplanen. Wir wussten das vorab, insofern alles prima. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche!

Da wo Urlaub Freude macht

Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich, dass wir Gäste in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sein durften. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber hat stets umgehend funktioniert. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern genau die richtige Größe, äußerst sauber, es ist an alles gedacht, was man im Urlaub gebrauchen kann. Mit viel Sorgfalt stand zur Begrüßung sogar ein Verpflegungskorb mit frischem Obst, Kuchen und Kaffee auf dem Tisch, etwas Kühles im Kühlschrank, neue Spül-/Putzutensilien in Küche und Bad. Der Aufenthalt im Garten ist Erholung pur: am großen Tisch auf der Terrasse, sei es Schatten oder Sonnenplatz auf dem Rasen, für Sonnenhungrige auf der Dachterrasse. Ein Highlight ist die Gartendusche, so dass man stets mit Blick aufs Meer oder im Mondschein draußen duschen konnte - und wir die Dusche im Haus gar nicht genutzt haben. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurzweilig, wenige Fußminuten, teils im Schatten unter Bäumen. Und der Strand von San Pietro ist ein Traum, weitläufig, wer Liegen und Sonnenschirm wünscht, geht in die eine Richtung, wer allein sein möchte, in die andere. Kaum zu glauben, dass es so etwas Ende Juni am Mittelmeer noch gibt. Die beste Pizza im Ort ist in ca. 25 min. Fußweg zu erreichen. Rundherum: ein empfehlenswerter Ort für Menschen, die Ruhe, Natur und sardinische Lebensfreude schätzen. (für mehr Unterhaltung ist auch etwas in naher Umgebung, haben wir aber nicht genutzt).

Vue exceptionnelle

Logement idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces. La vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle avec le couché de soleil sur castelsardo. Le logement est correctement équipé et confortable, par contre il est un peu juste en terme d'espace pour 5 personnes, on se marche dessus et le clic clac déplié prend tout l'espace du salon, idéal pour une famille jusqu'à 4 personnes.

Sehr angenehmer Urlaub.

Das Haus war eigentlich noch schöner als beschrieben. Es passte einfach alles und die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Max verlief hervorragend. Die Nähe zum Strand, aber auch zu den Geschäften war super. Der Strand war schön, aber nicht zu überlaufen.Wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub hier gewesen sein.

Schöne Wohnung fussläufig zum Strand

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Es ist alles da, was man zum Kochen und Wohnen braucht. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit zwei Kindern. Zu dem tollen Strand sind es nur 5 Min. zu Fuß. Max ist ein toller Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung stand Obst, Wein und Croissants da. Die Lage im Pinienwald ist gerade im Hochsommer sehr angenehm.

location très sympathique rien à redire le cadre est sympa on vous accueille avec des produits locaux cette location est décorée avec goût proche de la mer (5mm chrono à pied) le centre ville est à 5mm en voiture et vous trouverez également de très bons restaurants (je vous conseille le restaurant à la ferme (agriturismo monte Istulargiu) à faire absolument vous pouvez poser toutes vos questions au gérant il vous répond très rapidement et il est très arrangeant je recommande cette location !! Tolles Haus nahe dem Meer

Das Häuschen steht ca. 200 Meter vom wirklich wunderschönen Strand entfernt. Dieses Haus ist Ideal für eine Vierköpfige Familie eingerichtet, ein Hochbett für die Kids und ein Ehebett für die Eltern. Es gibt einen Gasgrill für draußen und eine komplett eingerichtete Küche. Die Klimaanlage und die Dachterasse ist noch erwähnenswert. Super Lage Super Haus. Grazie Max für den tollen Urlaub.

L'unica nota negativa della vacanza è stato il tempo e la difficoltà iniziale di orientarsi all'interno della pineta. Per tutto il resto direi perfetto, da ripetere.
