Not so great

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we stayed in this house. We love the house, but this time we were very disappointed by the condition of the house and the complete unavailability of the property management people. The house had not been completely cleaned, we had no pool key, and the sump pump in the basement was not working. The management was alerted to all of these problems but we did not see a single resolution to any of the problems. We were able to reset the sump pump on our own, which allowed us to use the bathrooms in the lower level. We never did receive a pool key so the amenities were very limited for us. Overall very disappointed with this stay because of the lack of help from the management.

Fun house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We actually booked a different house begin with but when we arrived, a couple of the beds were broken so they moved us to this home. Our kids were thrilled! Super fun house with plenty of room for everyone! Right next to the clubhouse and pool which was super convenient and fun! We are already planning to come back to this house in the future

Our new favorite place to stay in St George

Great Family Reunion

We were pleased with the location of this property. The pools were wonderful and access was easy to get to them. The house was well stocked. The Pac Man machine was a hit. It is advertised that there is Pop-a-Shot basketball but it was not there. A foosball table was there instead which was fine. The carpets are a little worn but the house was clean and we had an enjoyable time. I am giving it 5 stars and would recommend it to others. We are willing to come back another year.

Great home in need of some repairs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this conveniently located home, next to the clubhouse and pool. Unfortunately it looked like groups before us had been hard on the home. Mostly aesthetic issues, but several broken tiles in the kitchen and dining areas made us nervous with the kids. A refresh of flooring and some furniture would bring us back again!
