This gorgeous townhouse is situated in Colonno in the centre of Lake Como, at the start of ‘The Green Way of the Lake’, a walking path that gives travellers the chance to explore the Central Western Shore of the lake, finishing in Griante.

The property features a beautifully decorated living space that features a fireplace, a sofa, 2 single chairs, a flat screen TV with International Channels and a large dining table. The living room also benefits from a balcony with views of the lake. The separate kitchen is fitted with a range cooker with gas hob, electric kettle, microwave and a full crockery and dining set, perfect for a self-catering holiday.

Sleeping

On the ground floor – the hallway leads to a laundry room with a washing machine and a separate W.C. & hand basin. Then there are stairs to the first floor, which is where 3 of the properties\' 4 bedrooms are located.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are connected and would work as a family suite. Bedroom 1 offers a double bed and bedroom 2 a bunk bed. The suite also has a pop-up baby bed, as and when required (guests would need to bring their own sheets for this). Bedroom 3 is furnished with a double bed. On the same floor is the property\'s two bathrooms, the first is a complete bathroom suite with a shower unit, WC and basin. The second bathroom has a shower and basin only.

On the second floor there is also the 4th bedroom, which has a single bed, and there is the option for an additional single bed to be made up, guests please ensure to let us know that this is required.

The third floor of the property is the real jewel in the crown – the private roof terrace with a BBQ, sun loungers and the opportunity to eat outdoors. The property also benefits from being on the lake shore, providing a real feeling of being on the water. There is also an outdoor lounge area, which is in a shaded position, perfect for a break from the midday sun during the summer months.

There is a garage and paid public parking spots, and for guests without a car, this property is accessible through the main bus route on the lake, offering services to the North and to Como in the South.

The property has a fixed line Wi-Fi, dishwasher, Bluetooth music system, electric iron and board. Baby high chair. Plus a handy luggage cart to catch the luggage from the car.
