Ideally located, very quiet, natural environment in front of a coconut grove, all comfort, decoration, degressive rates depending on the duration. The house consists of 2 completely independent apartments.
The fully air-conditioned downstairs apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, and a living room overlooking a terrace and a private pool facing the sea.
The upper apartment is also air-conditioned and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with toilets and a living room opening onto a terrace and another private salt water pool of 25 m2 facing the sea and its sunset. often exceptional,
The almost new construction dates from 2011. It is located 1.5 km from the sea by car and 500m as the crow flies, and 3 km from the NIKY Beach, and the intercontinental hotel.
Also 15 km from the Lamai resort very lively evening (restaurants boxes, massage shops etc.)
In less than 30 mm, you'll have access to the tumultuous nightlife of Chaweng, Bo Phut, and Mae Nam.
The terrace facing the sun is appreciated for tanning and for its view facing the sunset
