Excellent stay in a very nice apartment situated in a very beautiful complex very close to the beach with a lot os restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is very beautiful just according to the website. The communication with the owner has been great.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und gepflegtes Objekt. Alle erforderlichen Ausstattungen in Küche, den 2 Bädern und dem Wohnbereich sind zT. neu und voll ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage versorgt alle Räume und reagiert sehr schnell und effektiv. Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr schöner Blick zum Meer und ausserordentlich ruhig. Die Anlage ist Top gepflegt, die Distanzen zu den Nachbargebäuden sehr angenehm und die grosszügige Poolanlage mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm ist die Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zu den Wohnungen mit dem Fahrstuhl. Ein Objekt,das wir nur empfehlen können und wir selber gerne wiederkommen werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Eigentümer!,

We know the Elviria area quite well after holidaying there for several years but this has been by far the best accommodation and location we have stayed at. The apartment and grounds were fantastic, with easy access by car to the main commercial areas and beaches. Booking the accommodation and travel instructions were also made very easy as Mark the owner went to great lengths to ensure we were kept up to date with our booking and reassured we could contact him anytime if we had any queries. Will definitely be going back and recommending to friends and family.
