Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas on the island. It has all the amenities and entertainment you could want: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bike rentals, a pharmacy, public transport, and more.
It also features a magnificent golf course that includes a restaurant and tennis courts.
As for the beach, it stretches over 200 metres of fine sand, and its crystal-clear, shallow waters make it ideal for families with young children.
Just 9 km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can enjoy all kinds of water sports, rent boats, and sample its famous lobster stews.

Respect the check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible with explicit permission.

One day before arrival, guests will receive all information regarding check-in, the address, the code for the key box to collect the keys and complete self-check-in, and the contact phone number of the villa manager, who will assist you with any issues or questions you may have during your stay.

Please report any broken items to avoid problems for us with future guests.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in the event of any damage.

All hosts of certified legal holiday rentals in the Balearic Islands are required to collect the tourist tax from guests on behalf of the government (€2.20 per adult per night, with a reduced rate after the 9th night). This tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorised to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host. Please always be sure to rent certified, legal tourism properties.

Guests must dispose of trash and waste in the nearest dustbin.
Staying in a country house does not exempt guests from complying with this rule.
