Located on the heights of Bouillante, 5mn from the city center and the beach of Malendure, this air-conditioned villa is a three-star tourist residence that offers a sublime view of the Pigeon Islands from its wooden deck and deck. the swimming pool. The villa consists of a main house of 100 sqm on the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, pantry, large living room, kitchen open to living room and large wooden terrace and a T2 on the ground floor. -of the road. This one is not occupied, the garden and the swimming pool are at the disposal of the travelers.
The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, located near a hospital. Water and electricity cuts are extremely rare, which is not negligible in Guadeloupe! Amenities are close, within five minutes (supermarkets, restaurants), as are the beaches. There is a large residential car park next to the villa.

Amazing view

We have rented several villas over the years and this has to be the one with the most amazing view.The villa is large and comfortable and only a five minute drive from an excellent food market and next door to that. a superb bakery It's well located to explore all of Basse Terre, just make sure the car you rent has good brakes!!. We stayed for two weeks and our only criticism would be more bed sheets would have been appreciated.There is a washing machine but it means you need enough time to let the sheets dry during the day.The kitchen needs more plates, bowls etc but generally is well equipped Lydia, who keeps an eye on the villa, does an excellent job and the pool was always extremely well maintained. To sum up, this is a great villa to enjoy the beauty of Guadeloupe

Vivre à l’extérieur

Nous avons apprécié que la maison soit grande et toute ouverte sur l’extérieur. Nous avons eu plusieurs jours de pluie, mais la grande galerie couverte nous a permis de profiter quand même de la vue sur la mer et de toute la végétation autour. Nous avons aussi profité de la piscine à tous les jours. C’était facile de communiquer avec Cédric qui nous a bien accueillis.Très agréable séjour

Vue époustouflante

Propriété bien située à flanc de montagne, vue magnifique, bien équipée en tout. Manque d'un certain confort et accès structures de bois entourant la villa très précaires. En général, belle propriété avec besoins de rénovations pour locations.

Epoustouflant

Les vacances commencent déjà par un accueil super sympathique. Cédric se met vraiment à notre disposition et il est de bons conseils pour les restos, les excursions etc.... Quand on rentre dans la villa, une surprise nous attend derrière le store, une vue à couper le souffle sur les îlets Pigeon et la piscine. Une vraie carte postale. La villa quant à elle, est magnifique. Super équipée, grande, fonctionnelle. Les deux chambres, bien séparées, avec sanitaires et douche chacune. Il nous a été difficile de quitter ce lieu paradisiaque, cela nous a vraiment donné l'envie d'y retourner. Un grand merci
