Stunning 2 bedroom Duplex

This 2 bedroom duplex has been furnished to a very high standard and is centrally located within Puerto Calero on a very well kept complex where you can enjoy and relaxing holiday the duplex also over looks the pool.

The spectacular contemporary lounge includes comfy sofa, flat screen TV with British channels inc. BBC,ITV, RTE, SKY Sports, Movies, free unlimited WiFi .

The terrace enjoys pool views and is equipped with rattan dining furniture for alfresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen benefits from washing machine,dishwasher, large oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is also a small bathroom located on the ground floor, towels and linen are provided for your stay and these are changed on a weekly basis. The master bedroom has a double size bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds - all have quality mattresses and bedding.

Air-conditioning has been installed throughout the apartment and is operated by a meter, should you require it. There is also a safety deposit box free of charge.

This house provides a high specification finish for all your holiday requirements and comforts. A perfect location for all ages.

the main resort of Puerto Calero is approx 8 minutes walk down to the marina area and the near by resort of Puerto Del Carmen is less than a 10 minute drive away

Beautiful, quiet and immaculate location on small complex with pool. All areas of duplex were clean, comfortable and in excellent working order. Ideal having downstairs WC. In walking distance (down steep hill) to restaurants, supermarket and marina.

Mostly OK but noise an issue.

Stayed for six weeks. TV, Wi-Fi, owner’s agent all excellent. Flat clean enough and well enough furnished except, for long stay, basic kitchen equipment inadequate. First class neighbourhood but specific site of property a real problem for us. Property is only a few metres from only pool in large complex and the area where all children play. It is all too close for a peaceful vacation. The property is VERY noisy, particularly when resident children come home from school each day and at weekends. This property may be ideal for those with young children who want to be right at the pool and all the “action” but for those wanting a quieter time with a glass of wine and chat on terrace before dinner, think carefully.

Fantastic stay, highly recommended!

Second stay in the area and loved it just as much as before. The house was situated an easy 15 minute walk from the marina and the facilities on the complex were fantastic. House had everything we needed!

Las fotos del apartamento no mienten , está perfecto , la decoración y mobiliario moderno en buen estado , la limpieza de diez , no faltaba ningún detalle , hemos quedado muy contentos , lo recomiendo al cien por cien , mejor que en un hotel incluso nos han cambiado sábanas y toallas una vez a la semana , nos alojamos un mes , volveremos .

Modern, clean 2 bedroom unit in great location

We booked this unit for 2 weeks in November and were pleased with the amenities. Unit is situated that it receives all day sunshine which is a bonus, bedrooms have lots of storage but master bedroom would be better if it had a queen size bed. Property manager was very helpful with any questions or problems. We would certainly stay there again.

Family holiday

The property is perfectly positioned overlooking the pool. It is clean and presented well. We had a lovely holiday and will be returning again to Puerto Calero ( we came here last year in a different ) . The property manager also is really helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Delightful apartment. Clean and lovely furniture. Nice pool. Quiet area.

Puerto Calero is lovely and quiet resort. Nice restraunts and bars. The apartment is a leisurely 10/15 mins walk from marina. If you have a car there is plenty of on street parking places. Agent was prompt and helpful.
