The apartment is at just a few steps from the characteristic beach of "Molo di sotto" and the famous and picturesque "Riva Grande" where there are restaurants, bars, cafes and typical places.



The apartment consists of entrance hall, large living room with sofa bed, spacious kitchen with large windows, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Newly furnished, has a kitchenette with induction hob, dining table, chairs, bookcases and dressers, sofa bed, double bed, wardrobes. The bathroom, with window, is equipped with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. Del Duca Apartment is an elegant and refined accommodation, and it’s equipped with TV, Wifi, Air condition, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, and all the necessary for the complete use and an independent stay.

Del Duca Apartment is 50 meters from the parking, 800 meters from the train station of Varenna-Esino, with direct trains from and to Milan every hour, and 800 mt from the ferry that connects Varenna to Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Tremezzo and all the lake center.

Amazing place to stay in Lake Como!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this apartment. The location was perfect. The space was even larger than we expected, and was very clean and had everything we needed! I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Varenna!

good location and cleaning, people were nice the possibility of having some experiences provided by the company the breakfast and welcome packs are a good idea, but we didn't think they were suitable for a short stay, causing too much waste of products because were in big quantity

Great place to stay!

The apartment is super cute and clean. Great location in town, walkable to everything. The only complaint was we couldn’t get the AC to work, but AC problems seemed to be a problem throughout the town. The property manager was very attentive to responding and helping.

Convenient Stay with all Amenities

The apartment was exactly as described and just steps away from all main attractions. We found it to be very convenient. Though we didn't make our own food, the kitchen was extremely well equipped to do so. We were provided with ample towels and bedding. Most importantly, we had a personal mishap during our stay and the agency could not have been more understanding or accommodating. We are very grateful we chose to stay here, and hope others enjoy it as well!

The property and the location were wonderful. The only complaint we had related to a non functioning light in the bathroom vanity mirror. Absence of lighting made it difficult for me to shave and for my wife to apply makeup. In fairness to management, they were aware of the problem, stating that the entire mirror had to be replaced and they were waiting for the part to arrive. Otherwise, everything was perfect!!

Beautiful space, but lacking some basic low cost amenities.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Some basic cleaning supplies for the kitchen, like dish detergentdishwasher pods would have been appreciated. Also could use an iron and ironing board.
