Located just 1 km from the Zoo Safari Natura Viva Park, in Sandrà, our apartment obtained from a brand new independent villa finished this year, is surrounded by greenery in front of a beautiful vineyard, where you can relax and be close to all attractions that Lake Garda offers.
You will be the only guests in complete autonomy having access to an independent entrance, an equipped kitchen, and a 4-bed room with the possibility of obtaining a fifth place.

moderne, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung und sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab immer gute Tips, dafür Danke. Die Wohnung liegt zwar abseits vom Gardasee im Hinterland, dafür sehr geeignet für Ruhesuchende wie uns mit Blick auf Weinreben. Für Kultursuchende ist Venedig ist sehr bequem vom Bahnhof des Nachbarortes streßfrei mit dem Zug erreichbar, parken kostenfrei in der Straße davor. Verona in 30 min mit dem Auto ist auch nicht weit.

Die besten Vermieter, die wir je hatten. Sehr sympathisch, nett und zuvorkommend und herzensgute Menschen. Und das Haus bzw die Ferienwohnung in einer fantastischen Lage und absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist neu und man sitzt in völliger Ruhe mit Blick auf die Weinreben. Hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, herzlichen Dank dafür. Kommen immer gerne wieder.

Super Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung von Chiara und Claudio. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse direkt an den Weinbergen ist ein Traum. Hier haben wir jeden Morgen lange gefrühstückt. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Gardasee in ca. 20 Minuten gut und schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Appartments ist sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Perfect place for lake Garda visit

This apartment which is linked to the main house but is totally private, is immaculate and finished to a very high standard. A lovely garden overlooking the vineyards, with secure off street parking. A big recommendation , and I will definitely return. Well done to the owners for presenting an apartment with a wow factor and for there warm and friendly welcome
