Apartment in Calahonda royale, situated within a 5 min walking distance to the nearby beaches, shops and amenities in one of the well-established areas of the coast, 25 minute drive from both Malaga airport and about 15 min from Marbella center. Puerto Banus in some 20 min

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a communal swimming pool. It has been recently refurbished, comes with most new furniture.Walking distance to a whole range of local amenities, including Lidl, Supersol, Mercadona, McDonald´s and various local bars and shops. The beach is within a walking distance of some 10 minutes, Cabopino port can be reached in 3 minutes with a car and you can find some fine restaurants there. Biggest shopping center La Cañada can be reached in about 10 minutes .
