Your perfect beach vacation awaits you in our beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex located next to Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Beach and Water Park). The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, secure onsite parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our redecorated 6th. floor condo has inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet. Once you walk in the door, there is nothing but dunes, beach and sea....all for your enjoyment. If your timing is right, You can even catch a SpaceX launch from one of the balconies!

The living/dining area has floor-to-ceiling views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre with access to the main balcony and a smaller balcony. The master bedroom with a king size mattress bed floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows overlooking the center court, walkway to the beach and of course the beach. There is also a small sitting area and attached en-suite bath with a walk-in tiled shower and granite counter top vanity. The 2nd. bedroom has a king size bed, small sitting area and floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows with a sliding glass door leading out to another balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub and tennis court. This bedroom is located right next to the 2nd. bathroom which also has a walk-in tiled shower and granite counter top vanity. The 3rd. bedroom has 2 full size beds and access to the balcony overlooking the pool. All bedrooms have their own closets and dressers. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play with mattress pads and sheets for your little one. Paper products and soaps, even shampoo and conditioner are provided to get you started. The kitchen has a granite countertop and stainless steel appliances include smooth top range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as several small appliances, both Keurig and drip style coffee makers. It is stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans and a basic supply of herbs and spices. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied to get you started and there are also cleaning supplies available. To increase your vacation enjoyment, there are 4 large wall mount flat screen TVs, Spectrum Cable, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. The condo is fully air conditioned. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. Laundry liquids are provided to get you started. For your beach time pleasure we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and boogie boards. As a visitor to Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd. Relax and enjoy your vacation.
