Charming farmhouse, located in the countryside around Lucca about 200 meters from the Serchio river park where it is pleasant to go on foot and by bicycle in an area that stretches for about 10 km along the river.

The house is surrounded by a large fenced lawn with swimming pool (12 mx 6 m, 1.50 m deep, open from 01.05 to 30.09) for the exclusive use of guests, with deck chairs, sun beds, tables, chairs, veranda and barbecue. Tranquility.

Ground floor: large porch, entrance, living / dining room, living / dining room with sofa bed and color TV, shower, kitchen with fireplace, oven and freezer.

First floor: double bedroom, single bedroom, two double bedrooms, dressing room with washing machine, bathroom with tub, large covered balcony.

We stayed here as a family for my dads birthday and had a lovely time I have marked the location as 5* as it was exactly what we wanted however it is quite away from the lucca if you are looking for something within walking distance

We stayed at the home for a month in November. If you're accustomed to Italian county houses then you'll know exactly what to expect. This is just like the country houses where my Italian host family would have Sunday dinners with extended family when I was an exchange student. This home is owned by a very kind family who greet you when you arrive. This is not a corporate-owned rental property. If you're not accustomed, just be prepared that the finishes are a bit rough, the kitchen is a bit basic, the beds are a bit hard. These are again all normal things for the type of property it is, but if folks are looking for a super comfortable "luxury hotel experience", this isn't the spot for you. The home is in a beautiful, bucolic setting, on a large property surrounded on all sides by actual working farms. The river walk is close and is a very lovely nature walk that everyone who came to stay with us enjoyed.Our one disappointment is that the WiFi is essentially nonexistent. Our top speed was about 3 Mbps. We brought a mobile hotspot and that didn't do much better at 10 Mbps. We'd hoped to work from the house while we were there, but ended up having to buy a membership to a coworking space in the south part of town. The 15 minute drive and membership fee for that were big bummers.Do rent a car or bikes if you stay here. There's a large free parking lot near Porta Santa Maria with always lots of free spaces, then it's just a quick 5-10 minute walk to inside the wall.

Nette rustikale Unterkunft mit schönem Anwesen

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm – besonders das weitläufige Anwesen und der schöne Pool haben dazu beigetragen. Das Objekt ist rustikal und historisch eingerichtet, was einen besonderen Charme verleiht, auch wenn die Ausstattung in Teilen deutlich veraltet ist. Es gibt viele Räumlichkeiten und Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung.Zu beachten ist allerdings, dass insbesondere die Küchenausstattung nicht dem heutigen Standard entspricht. Eine moderne Kaffeemaschine fehlt, ebenso zeitgemäße Küchengeräte. Die vorhandene Ausstattung wirkt oft eher auf Funktionalität und Kostenersparnis ausgerichtet – beispielsweise war der Wäscheständer trotz eigener Reinigung stark vergilbt und instabil.Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig: Wir fanden teils Spinnweben, Staub und nicht frisch wirkende Bettwäsche vor. Auch die Türen im gesamten Haus knarzen stark. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist das Fehlen von Fliegengittern – bei sommerlicher Hitze wird Lüften unverzichtbar, was allerdings viele Mücken (Schnaken) ins Haus bringt und den Schlaf beeinträchtigt.Wichtig zu wissen: Die auf den Bildern gezeigte Badewanne ist nicht mehr vorhanden.Fazit: Ein charmantes Anwesen mit viel Potenzial, aber in mehreren Bereichen – insbesondere Sauberkeit, Küchenausstattung und Komfort – gibt es noch deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf.

CAPODANNO stupendo

Villa Magnifica. Come nelle foto. Proprietario bruno persona eccezionale e anche i suoi genitori che ci hanno accolto alla arrivo con sorpresa apprezzata e spiegandoci tutto. La villa aveva tutto l essenziale. Bellissima la Piscina e il giardino. Stanze da letto grandi e comode. 4 camere da letto matrimoniali e 1 camera con 2 lettini singoli. 2 bagni perfetti e cucina con tutto. 5 minuti da Lucca o 30 da Pisa. Ci ritorneremo. Sicuramente adatta a famiglia numerosa o gruppo di amici

Es ist ein sehr tolles Haus, mit einem gigantischen Grundstück (ausbruchsicher eingezäunt für Hunde) und einem sehr großen Pool. Das Haus ist typisch toskanisch, mit sehr viel schönen Details, wie Holzbalken an den Decken und teilweise bewusst nicht verputztes Mauerwerk an den Wände, das sehr schön die Bauweise des Hauses zeigt. Die große überdachte Terrasse ist ideal für Grillabende oder fürs Frühstück. Einzig auszusetzen sind die Zustände der zwei Badezimmer, diese gehören dringend saniert. Sonst war es wirklich toll und eine super Erholung.

Vi havde en dejlig uge i huset, der ligger i god afstand til Lucca. Det var et ældre hus, men charmerende med den store grund omkring. Poolen var god stor, dog lidt uklar, men værten kom og tjekkede vandet hver anden dag. Bordtennisbordet var af ældre dato og i dårlig stand, det kunne godt trænge til en udskiftning. Køkkenet var meget minimalistisk, der er meget lidt køkkenbordsplads og der manglede flere småting, fx vinglas. Værelserne var fine. Værterne var meget søde og venlige.

Super Haus mit großen, gepflegten Garten und Pool

Wir waren 11 Tage zu Gast und haben jeden Tag sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist super gepflegt und alle 2 Tage wird der Pool gereinigt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Lediglich die Ausstattung könnte mal wieder erneuert werden. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend. Sehr ruhig gelegen aber Man ist in 10 Minuten bei mehreren großen Supermärkten und in maximal 40 Minuten am Strand.

Beautiful estate!

The property is very large and beautiful. The pool is awesome and the house is huge. The perfect place for vacation with dogs and a child. They were totally happy. The location is perfect for visiting Tuscany's attractions like Pisa or Florence or Liguria's CinqueTerre. Lucca is also a charming town. Wunderbar

Wir haben wunderbare Ferien verbracht. Haben das Haus zu 10. benutzt. Einziger Nachteil: die Decken, die keine Decken sind. Ich würde das nächste Mal Duvets mitnehmen. Und eine Grosse Taschenlampe, um die Tiere in der Nacht um das Haus herum zu beobachten. Das Haus liegt wunderschön. Wir würden sofort wieder gehen.
